Here’s what happened in Port Charles today on the General Hospital recap for Friday, June 4, 2025.
What happened on General Hospital

At Curtis and Portia’s house, Curtis and Marshall continued their conversation but remained unaware that Kai had overheard part of it. Marshall shared that he felt like something was off between Curtis and Portia. Curtis told him that he had found out Portia was lying to him again for months. He said that he is upset but doesn’t want to make the same mistakes that he made with Jordan. He recognized that Jordan lied because of her job and did try to fight for them, and that, sometimes, he thought he gave up too soon. Marshall suggested that, maybe, he should give Portia a second chance as well.
Marshall left, and Jordan, after having left Sidwell’s castle, showed up for a visit. They discussed his problems with Portia. Curtis told Jordan about Portia’s involvement with drugging Drew with ketamine. Even though Jordan doesn’t understand everything Portia has done, she reminded Curtis that fear is the driving force behind a lot of lies and a lot of bad decisions. Curtis reiterated that they want to do everything they can to protect Trina from the fallout. Jordan advised that “the kindest thing you and Portia can do for each other is not to rush to judgment” and to take a bit to figure everything out and work on saving their marriage. As Jordan was leaving, Curtis restated his vow to protect Portia from Drew.
After being arrested for a DUI, Natalia was held at the PCPD. ADA Molly Lansing showed up, but then had to recuse herself from representing her because of a conflict of interest since Natalia was “the homophone who disrespected my sister.” Natalia continued to be rude and dismissive and insisted that her handcuffs be taken off. After Molly left, they were finally removed. She called Marco, who sent her straight to voicemail and left him a message that she was in real trouble and needed him.
Still meeting at the park, Jason told Anna he would look into Dalton. As they were finishing up, ADA Turner was jogging by and approached them about how inappropriate it looked for them to be together. Anna told her they were discussing family events that had occurred at the Nurse’s Ball. Jason left and Turner warned Anna to be aware of how she was perceived. Anna responded, “Petty and suspicious minds will always find imaginary wrongs. You know, there is really nothing I can do about that”. Turner told her that her behavior was compromising the public’s trust in the city of Port Charles and its leaders. Anna told her to save it for her “stump speech,” revealing that she knew that Turner was planning on running for District Attorney.
Turner continued to be accusatory regarding Anna and Jason’s relationship as well as Laura and Sonny’s. Anna walked off. Turner received a call that Natalia had been arrested and was left at the station.
When Turner arrived at the station, she asked the desk officer to get priors and everything he could find on Natalia Ramirez. Turner went into the interrogation room to question Natalia, who reminded her she couldn’t talk until her lawyer was present. Turner said that was fine because they could discuss Sonny Corinthos while they waited. Natalia did not look pleased.
At Spoon Island, Jordan (before having left for Curtis’s house) talked to Sidwell about making a donation to the city’s 4th of July celebration. She felt it would be a good follow-up move after the Nurse’s Ball. She also asked about publicly sharing information about his partnership with Henry Dalton. Sidwell said that Dalton had innovative ideas on clean energy but did not want to highlight his involvement until he knew if it would be successful. Marco came in. Sidwell asked Jordan to give him an update about Measure C. She said 62% of the voters want Sonny’s property to be used for the Esplanade under eminent domain.
Marco reminded his father that if Measure C passes, it would eventually be his property that would be lost. He also hoped that his father had a plan B because he felt that Sonny Corinthos was not the type of man to give up without a fight. Papa Sidwell remained unfazed. Marco told his father that he wanted nothing to do with his campaign to force Sonny out of town, in part because of Lucas. Marco felt that he and Lucas could be something special and he didn’t want to risk screwing it up.
Sidwell was excited at the prospect of getting Sonny’s piers so that he could expand his interests as a mineral importer as well as his “less public pursuits”. Marco gave him a strong reminder that, “I represent you in legitimate business dealings only. That was our agreement. I want nothing to do with anything illegal.” Papa Sidwell said he did business all over the world and what is illegal in one place is legal in another with no relationship to existential good. Marco questioned his father why he needed to push for him, to which Sidwell responded that he had no interest in changing how he does business or how he lives his life, but that the offer for Marco to be his right-hand man was still on the table.
Nina went to see Drew at his house. He said he was going to tell Willow that Nina set him up. Nina said if he did that, she could guarantee they would both lose Willow because she would tell her about them sleeping together. Drew asked what kind of mother she would be to do that to Willow. Nina told him, “The kind of mother that is desperately trying to save her daughter from you.”
Nina admitted with frustration that he had complete control over Willow. Drew felt that because Michael cheated first, he would lose custody. Once Willow has custody, he plans to move all of them to DC, “away from his haters.”
Nina tried to encourage Drew to step back a little bit to let cooler heads and compromise prevail, but Drew said that “the only way to protect Willow is to convince her that Michael is relentless and not to be trusted.” “Willow needs to get custody of her kids. Otherwise, Michael will take them from her,” he said with an angry determination.
At the hospital, Sonny met his new granddaughter, Daisy. Around the nurse’s desk, Felicia congratulated Carly and mentioned that Bobby would be pleased that there is another Spencer woman who also happens to be a Scorpio. As Willow walked up, Felicia told Carly that she needed to thank her.
Carly did thank Willow. Willow said she hoped all the ugliness would go away once the judge made her decision. Carly responded, “My greatest hope is that my grandchildren, all my grandchildren, end up where they are safe and loved,” and then walked off. Willow indicated to Felicia that she believed that Michael would lose custody since his secret is out.
After Sonny left Sasha’s room, Cody dropped by to meet baby Daisy. Cody said he guessed he owed Jason a few apologies and that he was glad that she found her happily ever after.
Michael and Sonny had a heart-to-heart in the hospital hallway. Michael apologized for not telling him the truth about the baby. Sonny hoped that all of this, even coming out the way it did, would turn into an opportunity for compromise.
Next, Jason visited Sasha, who thanked him again for everything. She asked for one more favor, “Would you be Daisy’s godfather?” Jason said he would be honored and accepted.
Then, Carly came in to meet her new granddaughter. She stopped Sasha from apologizing and told her she understood that they did everything they did to protect Michael and the baby. Her only request was for Michael and Sasha to continue to be honest with one another. She offered to be there for anything Sasha needed.
Willow approached Michael at the elevator as he was leaving. He didn’t want to stop because he said he wanted to get Wylie and Amelia so they could meet their baby sister. Afterwards, Willow told Drew on the phone that she would stay at the hospital to wait to see Wylie and Amelia.
Finally, Nina visited Sasha and actually told the truth. She told her that she was the one who gave Ric the information about Sasha and Michael. Shocked, Sasha asked how she knew, why she ran to Ric, and how she could do that to her. Nina expressed that she hated doing it, but that she couldn’t let Michael take away Willow’s kids. “I know you love Willow, but do you really think that Wiley and Amelia are better off with her and Drew, full time?” Sasha asked her. Instead of staying angry, Sasha said she was too tired to fight or hold a grudge, but she gave Nina a final warning: “Willow is making terrible choices and she will continue to make them as long as Drew is in her life.”
In the hallway, Carly asked Jason why he hadn’t told her. Jason said he was trying to protect Michael and Sasha. Carly then asked, “For Michael, would you have continued to lie to me?” Jason said it would have been difficult. Carly admitted that she didn’t know whether to be more mad or grateful about Michael and Jason not telling her. Ultimately, she was grateful. In a moment of worry, she admitted to Jason that Willow might be right that she would get custody.
Anna ran into Sonny at the entrance to the hospital. She offered her congratulations for both of his new grandkids, remarking, “I guess you and Robert are officially related.” She suggested that he should probably expect a box of cigars. “The exploding kind”, Sonny said with a laugh. Anna said that even enemies can find a common ground. Sonny replied that “love is a powerful thing.” In the spirit of watching out for each other, Anna shared that ADA Turner wanted Robert's DA job, and she was set on going after Sonny. She told him that Turner won’t rest until he is behind bars. Sonny said she could dig all she wanted, but he was a law-abiding citizen, and she couldn’t find anything.
After leaving the police station, Molly went to the Metro Court pool, where she ran into Cody, who was sitting with his feet in the pool. He convinced Molly to sit and have a drink with him. They get to know each other a bit more. Cody reflected on how much has changed since he parachuted into Port Charles — and into the Metro Court pool and Britt Westbourne three years ago. He then made a toast to Britt.
