This week on General Hospital, Gio apologized to everyone at a Quartermaine family meeting about what happened to Rocco. Sasha was served with papers ordering her to testify in Michael and Willow’s custody hearing. The Qs told Dante he was being too hard on Gio. Lulu and Cody found proof that Camilla was not Gio’s biological mother. Drew insinuated in hypotheticals to Curtis that he was indeed blackmailing Portia. Sonny tried to get Willow to compromise in the custody situation. Nina and Carly got into a physical fight until Josslyn broke them up. The Nurses’ Ball began, with Lucy and her llama, Sebastian, walking down the red carpet first. Drew and Nina were hosting, and both Carly and later Joss berated him as they entered. Chase was ordered to arrest Tracy on the red carpet for allegedly drugging Drew. Cody and Molly bumped into each other and walked arm and arm into the Ball. Anna and Emma were there to represent Robin. Alexis revealed to Kristina that she knew her daughter had cut Ric’s brakes, and that he and Ava were blackmailing her about it. Mac told Tracy the police found a vial of Ketamine in her car, and she knew she was being framed. A mysterious man on a private jet was watching the Ball on a tablet. Joss confronted Willow and told her she’d never take Michael’s kids from him. Sonny told ADA Turner that he won’t be run out of Port Charles. Gio blew people away with his violin performance at the ball. After observing how Lois was looking at Gio while he was performing, Lulu surmised that Gio was much more than a cousin and was her grandson. Curtis confronted Portia, and she told him the whole blackmail story. He didn't take it well and told her they were going to put happy faces on for the Ball and deal with things later. Lulu told Lois that if she didn’t tell Gio who his parents were, Lulu was going to do it. Ned told Drew he wouldn’t get away with framing Tracy. Dante admitted to Gio that he was impressed by his performance. Nina and Carly broke off their alliance, with Nina saying she would back Willow in the custody hearing. Gio was upset after overhearing Lulu lay everything out to Lois about how his life was a lie. He later went to play the music for Chase and Anna’s tango performance, stopped in the middle of it, and announced to the audience that he was dedicating his performance to his parents, Dante and Brook Lynn, shocking everyone in attendance. Then he smashed his violin on the stage. Lucas brought the Nurses' Ball to Elizabeth by showing up at her house in a tux and bringing a bottle of champagne, and they watched it on TV. Sonny felt Lois knew more than she was letting on. Mac called Jason in to help with Tracy, and he bailed her out. Cody filled Dante in on the details about what happened with Brook Lynn when they were kids and she got pregnant, and confirmed that Gio is his son. Jason got a mysterious call. Carly warned Lulu to stay away from the Gio situation and let others tell Dante the truth. Lucy announced that the Nurses' Ball broke its fundraising record. Michael showed up at the ball, and Wylie ran into his arms, stunning the crowd. Michael then left with Wylie.
