General Hospital recap May 5 - May 9, 2025:  Dante blames everyone for Rocco's predicament while  Sonny is made a surprising offer

This week on General Hospital, Willow told Nina she thought someone hired the prostitute to drug Drew. Dante told Lulu he felt there was still something between them. Carly told Lulu that if she revealed the baby secret to Dante, she would regret it for her whole life. Brad tried leveraging Portia again, but she turned things around and changed the narrative by saying he got the drug that was used on Drew, and her hands were clean. Joss pretended to find Emma’s thumb drive in the beach sand. Gio and Danny brought a drunk Rocco back to the Quartermaine boathouse. Cody showed up and realized Rocco’s breathing was shallow, so they took him to General Hospital, where his stomach was pumped. Dante tore Gio a new one and blamed him for Rocco nearly dying. The doctor said that if it had been any longer before someone noticed his shallow breathing, he could have gone into a coma or worse. On the promise of $1 million, Brad told Drew that Portia was the one who drugged him with ketamine. Kai took his first steps after surgery. Ric created a shell corporation so that the blackmail money Alexis would deposit in it would look like an investment. Carly also gave Danny a lecture about responsibility. Kristina told Lucky Alexis drew up papers to have her committed. Lulu became suspicious that Lois knew more about Brook Lynn’s adoption because she saw Lois vehemently defending Gio to Dante, and she almost slipped up, saying he didn’t know who Gio really was. Emma confided in Joss that she was expelled from school because she and some others broke into Professor Dalton’s lab, where they discovered he was experimenting on higher mammals. Joss filled Vaughn and Jack in on Dalton’s experiments, and Jack explained that the professor was working on technology that had a wide range of implications. Vaughn had previously told Jack that Joss spotted Dalton talking to Anna at the Savoy, so Jack instructed Joss to let him know if she saw those two together again. Alexis and Kristina made tenuous amends. Drew had a press conference claiming he was drugged and shared his blood test results online. Tracy told Marco she’d rather not work with Sidwell, but if he manages to oust Sonny, he’ll have the keys to the kingdom. Wearing a suit, Brad gave his notice to Portia and said goodbye to Lucas, explaining that he was leaving town. Dante blamed Jason for not having any rules for Danny. Jason talked to Danny, and later, Dante said talking wasn’t enough, and he could have had Danny arrested for manslaughter. Danny told Lulu about what happened the night of the party. Jason told Lois that Dante was right and he's not taking care of Danny. Drew argued to Portia that getting rid of Sonny was the right thing to do. Danny apologized to Rocco, who said it wasn't his fault. Sidwell offered to buy Sonny's piers. Chase and Brook Lynn talked to Alexis about adopting a baby. Jason told Lois he needs to make some life changes to better take care of Danny. Drew told Portia she hadn't done anything substantial to help him and that they've barely scratched the surface of what she can do for him. During the meeting with Sidwell and Jordan, something was wrong with Sonny, but he claimed it was just agita because he was bored. Ned told Lulu he would vote for Laura in the election, but asked her to tell Tracy. Willow believed Drew was drugged and asked Curtis if he was going to publish that, but he would only publish Drew's statement because they only had Drew's word that he didn't take it on purpose. Danny and Rocco cleaned Lulu's house as part of their punishment. Lulu manipulated Ned into giving her Lois' whereabouts when Brook Lynn said she gave up her baby for adoption. Dante apologized to Lois for his rage-infused rant. Lois had gone on tour with Miguel for six months. Sonny told Jason that he might take Sidwell's offer.
