On the Thursday, November 6th episode of General Hospital, Tracy finally apologizes to Ronnie, Sidewell's schemes become more clear, Britt propositions Portia, and Josslyn is given her next assignment.
What happened on General Hospital

Lucas was on the phone with the hospital, which woke up Ava, and she told him they needed to have a serious conversation about his "exit strategy." Ava enjoyed spending time with Lucas as a family, but she recognized that her apartment was too small for both of them to live in together. She questioned when he'd be able to find a place on his own, and he thought he and Marco might take the next step. Lucas thought moving in with Marco would be great, but he felt like it was too soon.
Lucas thought he and Brad could remain friends, and although they nearly became intimate in Miami, he admitted to blackmailing Portia. Lucas hated that he trusted Brad and let his guard down. He met Marco so soon after, and he never took any time between the two. Lucas didn't think it was fair to Marco to move in with him if he wasn't entirely ready for the step. However, he was unsure if the relationship had the legs to last into the future.
Brennan told Vaughn and Josslyn that whatever had happened at the Five Poppies was related to Cesar Faison's final project. The WSB is also aware that Sidwell is somehow connected to the person or persons running the operation. Vaughn fought against that idea as Sidwell was too sharp for them to surprise him with any agents. Josslyn suggested they use his son, Marco, to get to him. Brennan was pleased with this direction because of how close he was to Sidwell, but Vaughn questioned the decision. They didn't have proof that Marco had knowledge of any of his father's illegal dealings.
Marco was in a relationship with Lucas, so he was their way into Sidwell's orbit. Josslyn needed to find a way to use her uncle to gain access. Brennan wanted Josslyn to get closer to her uncle, but the biggest issue was Sidwell likely knowing she was an agent. Brennan encouraged her to walk a fine line and avoid Sidwell as much as possible. Josslyn agreed to do it, but she asked, "Will all of my assignments involve lying to my family?"
Brennan warned Josslyn that if Faison's project was successful, Lucas could be killed, so she needed to let go of any misgivings about being deceitful to family. After Josslyn left, Vaughn questioned Brennan's decision-making and cited the mission as far too dangerous. He felt like Josslyn's cover could be easily blown, and he didn't think she had the experience to follow through with the plan. Brennan asked if Vaughn understood how important it was to take down Faison's final project, and Josslyn had to assume the risk.
Jordan told Marco and Sidwell that the election was too close to call, and they introduced her to the new butler. The butler was the same man who was running the show at the Five Poppies, something Jordan remained blissfully unaware of. Jordan was concerned that the vote wouldn't go their way, so she encouraged Sidwell to seek an alternative property. Sidwell named Sonny and his piers a blight on the city of Port Charles. Sidwell's attempted intimidation of Laura didn't work, so he sought an alternative approach.
After Jordan left, Marco and Sidwell discussed Pascal's involvement in Port Charles and how he could play into their new strategy. Besides that, Marco pitched the idea for Lucas to move in with them there at their home, but Sidwell couldn't approve. In a normal situation, he would be supportive of the idea, but since they had Faison's final project and a Sonny takedown, it wasn't the right time. Sidwell worried that Marco's feelings for Lucas would make him a liability. Ultimately, Sidwell agreed to let Lucas move in, but Pascal questioned the decision. Sidwell assured him that if Lucas got too close to something he shouldn't see, he would be eliminated.
Britt surprised Portia with a drink from Bobbie's, and when she declined her drink, she picked up on the oddity of her drinking tea instead. Britt said she had a small favor to ask Portia. She felt like her talents were wasted toiling away, and faking her death shouldn't cause a problem for her professional life. Britt was doing practically nothing in her current role at the hospital, and she was desperate to resume her previous career. Portia asked about the Huntington's progression, but Britt explained that the symptoms were under control. She begged Portia to support her crusade to resume practicing medicine.
Portia wanted Britt to be committed enough and said they'd revisit it in six months. However, Britt fired back and asked, "I'm not sure that timing works. Isn't that when you'd be taking maternity leave?" Portia wondered if her pregnancy had been posted somewhere, because how else could Britt be aware of it? Britt questioned why Portia was being so tight-lipped about the pregnancy, and although Britt respected her privacy, she reminded her that she was a leader in fetal medicine.
Alexis asked Felicia if she still had her PI license because she was uniquely positioned to investigate what she needed. Alexis wanted to know where Portia was on the night of Drew's shooting. She knew it made sense to direct the police toward someone else, as she was defending Willow. Portia made sense as a suspect because of the way Drew targeted people close to her.
Alexis wasn't accusing anyone, but if Portia didn't have an airtight alibi, she needed Felicia to investigate her whereabouts more thoroughly. Felcia gave Alexis an update on Maxie, and although there was no change, they had hope. Maxie's children believed in their mother's ability to pull through this difficult time.
At the Q Mansion, Tracy heard a knock at the door, and it was Ronnie, whom Tracy summoned to the home. Ronnie didn't have much time, and she demanded that Tracy cut to the chase. She knew the other family members would never return until Tracy issued an apology, and Tracy wasn't quick to do it. Tracy replied, "You attempted to hoodwink my family out of our estate; luckily, you were unsuccessful, and I think you probably came clean to avoid a lengthy legal battle. But I am very grateful that you admitted your fraud, and I am very sorry if my reaction to your flagrant deceit upset you."
Ronnie declined Tracy's apology, as she didn't find it to be sincere. Tracy barely tried with the words "I'm sorry," but Ronnie agreed to lie to everyone, so they weren't away from their family home. Ronnie didn't have to help after the mess she put everyone through, but she was there to remind Tracy why Monica left her the house. The rest of the Quartermaines welcomed Ronnie with open arms, but Tracy refused to admit she had done anything wrong. However, Tracy didn't view any of her actions as inappropriate.
Tracy believed she had done nothing more than defend her family's legacy. Still, Ronnie felt judged from the start by Tracy, even if a scam was in progress. Ronnie reiterated how wonderful the family was to her, and that Monica's final gift to her was a family. Ronnie's tears seemed to affect Tracy on some level, and she told Tracy to "put a sock in it," which triggered an emotional reaction. Monica used to say that to Tracy in the past, and Ronnie revealed it was a common thing for her and Monica to say to each other when they were children.
Tracy got teary-eyed and gave a heartfelt apology to Ronnie. She said, "I am sorry that you did not get to reunite with your sister before she died. I'm sorry that I judged you before I took the time to get to know you. And I'm so sorry that I doubted your love for your sister and hers for you. And I don't know if you can, but if you can find it in your heart, please forgive me."
The Quartermaine family raided Bobbie's after being kicked out by Tracy, and Gio seemed somewhat excited to be interacting with his family. Brook Lynn said she needed Gio's help after they all moved out of their family home. Ronnie committed several crimes, but Olivoa felt like she was a standup woman who was duped into the scam by Marty. Everyone appreciated Ronnie saving the family home at the 11th hour, but Michael and the rest of the family disagreed on how Tracy handled it.
Ronnie arrived at Bobbie's and greeted the rest of the Quartermaine family. She came for a quick cup of coffee before she left town, but she was happy she ran into them. She informed them about what Tracy had said to her, and the entire family showed up at the mansion to apologize to her for their reaction. They recognized how they should have supported her in the moment, and her willingness to fight against the family was admirable. Tracy accused them of questioning her intentions, and although Tracy was used to it, she stuck it out to protect the people she loved.
