Here’s your General Hospital recap on what happened in Port Charles today, Monday, September 15, 2025.
What happened on General Hospital

In her PCPD office, Chase and Anna reviewed the inventory from Drew’s safe. Chase showed Anna the wire transfer document (that Brick planted in Drew’s safe), which could implicate him in the bribery and, possibly, murder of Judge Heran. They called acting DA Turner to come to the office.
Anna and Chase showed Turner the wire transfer for $1 million. Since there wasn’t any paperwork confirming that the listed Swiss bank account from which the money came belonged to Drew, Turner said the evidence against him would be shaky.
Turner questioned why Drew wouldn’t have just paid Heran to rule in Willow’s favor instead. Sounding too personally invested, Chase said it was because Drew didn’t care about what Willow wanted or about her kids, but was manipulating her so he could have her all to himself.
In conversation with someone on the phone, Turner was informed that Martin, claiming “illegal search”, filed a request that the PCPD be barred from examining the contents of Drew’s safe. Turner told them that, if the judge went in Drew’s favor, everything in the safe would be inadmissible and left to interview Drew before the judge told her she couldn’t.
After she left, Anna admonished Chase for being too emotionally invested in taking down Drew Cain. Indignant, Chase said Willow suffered because of Drew and needed to know if Drew had her kids taken away from her. Anna said maybe she already did. She hypothesized that, if Willow knew, Drew bribed the judge to rule for Michael, it could’ve given her motive to shoot him. When Chase insisted Willow would never do that and she deserved to know what Drew did, Anna said his bias was showing again. She ordered him not to tell anyone of the evidence of Drew’s bribery.
At Drew’s request, Martin met with him in his hospital room. He said he needed a lawyer, and it had to be Martin. Martin reminded him that he didn’t work for him anymore, but Drew said Martin couldn’t afford for their business to be over.
Martin remained resolute and told Drew he planned to never work for him again. But, as he turned to leave, Drew used the possibility of saving Stella Henry to stop him. Drew said that, in exchange for Martin legally representing him again, he could make the whole investigation into her potential insurance fraud go away, get the charges dropped, and get her reinstated at General Hospital like nothing ever happened. Martin agreed to start after he personally heard him make the call to the Fraud Division.
Drew made the call to stop the investigation and get Stella reinstated. Afterward, he told Martin that he needed an injunction because he didn’t want the PCPD going through the contents of his safe, which contained the evidence of Portia’s tampered test results, and could cost her her medical license as well as possibly send her to prison. Martin said, “You do realize that blackmail is a bad look on a sitting US Congressman, right? Some might even consider it a crime,” to which Drew told him to make sure that the police never saw that evidence.
After Martin left, Turner arrived from the PCPD. She said she was there to discuss the contents of his safe. When he told her about the injunction, she said it was too late because they’d already found an interesting document in his safe, and she would be challenging the injunction anyway. He was shocked when she told him the document was a wire transfer for $1 million to Judge Eve Heran.
At Sonny’s office, Carly, Sonny, and Brick were talking when Jason came barreling through the door. Carly was stunned when Sonny asked Jason if he’d found Britt. Jason explained the whole situation (leaving out the Josslyn part), which led him to bringing Britt back to Port Charles. Carly said Britt was lucky he was there and hoped she was grateful. Jason said, “She was Britt.”
Carly moved on to tell Jason someone tried to shoot Drew, which he already knew. He figured the cops had to be looking at Michael as a suspect and asked if he had an alibi. After they discussed the circumstances further, Carly said she had to leave. She told Jason she was still mad because he and Sonny left her out of everything going on, but hugged him and was happy he was home.
Before Jason left, Sonny briefly talked with him about Danny and Rocco finding Judge Heran’s body at his pier and shared his suspicion of Sidwell. Afterward, Brick assured Sonny that the evidence he planted in Drew’s safe would hold up under police scrutiny. He also gave Sonny his word that, if the police started focusing on Michael, they’d do what they’d have to make them stop.
At Nina’s penthouse, Liesl had just slapped Britt. Nina tried to calm things down and get Liesl to apologize. It seemed as if Liesl was going to say she was sorry, but instead, she said she was sorry for wasting a second of her time grieving for Britt.
“I have spent the last two years endlessly reliving your death, holding you in my arms, sensing you slip away, feeling the exact moment you were gone”, said Liesl. She went on to describe the agony she’d been living and told Britt that she could never have imagined she could be so cruel. When Liesl went on to say Britt was entirely selfish and just like her father, Britt yelled back, “No, mutter, I’m exactly like you!”
Lashing back, Britt said she knew the real Liesl…the one who thought birthday presents made a child soft, and the one who was never satisfied with anything she ever did. She claimed Liesl only ever saw her as an afterthought and an annoyance whom she merely endured. Britt recounted how “sickeningly desperate” Liesl was for Faison’s attention and how she felt she was never important to her.
Liesl fired back that she was tough on Britt to make her strong and help her survive in the world. Britt said she had to make a life for herself because she couldn’t spend any more time watching Liesl be sad and trying to make her feel better about her Huntington’s diagnosis. When Liesl told her it was a monstrous thing to say, Britt responded by saying, “I am the monster you raised me to be!”
Liesl felt pretending to die a hero’s death while running away like a coward was obscene, but Britt said it was the only way she could get a break from her. When she asked Britt why she even came back, Britt said the research went awry because of the WSB, and she actually thought they’d be happy to see her. It occurred to Liesl that Britt may have come back because she was broke. She knew the WSB would have likely blocked Britt’s funds, leaving her with no money.
Britt said she had to leave Dalmatia quickly, but she wasn’t broke and didn’t need or want Liesl’s money, but then asked Nina to float her a short-term loan. Liesl didn’t want Nina to give her money. Britt accused her mutter of liking her better when she was dead because that allowed her to imagine the way she wanted Britt to be instead of having to deal with the person she actually was.
Liesl told Britt she was right and, as far as she was concerned, both of her children were dead, but at least Nathan deserved her tears. Nina tried to stop Liesl, but Britt said it was good because they both knew the truth now, and she turned and left. Liesl told Nina Britt deserved nothing, but Nina said she knew Liesl was hurt and still loved Britt. Liesl said she would always love Britta, but she would never forgive her.
On Pier 54, Marco met with Sidwell (his father). Marco asked if he’d killed Judge Heran. Sidwell said he “didn’t”, but Marco did the moment he went behind his back and told Drew she’d been bribed. Sidwell said Heran had to be silenced because he couldn’t take the risk that she’d tell anyone he’d paid her. He didn’t anticipate she’d fold under the “merest pressure” and told Marco that his actions led to an earlier demise for Heran, but she had sealed her own fate the minute she took that bribe.
Even though Marco was not comfortable with the killing of Heran, Sidwell reminded him of how he wanted Sonny to pay for Natalia’s death and said he must have known he was condoning extreme measures. He said what was done was done, and Marco should be thinking about the bigger picture. He wanted Marco to think about his mother and how Sonny made her suffer.
Marco told his dad about being Michael’s lawyer, at least, during his questioning. He said Michael’s alibi of being with an escort was flimsy and would likely not hold up under scrutiny. The launch arrived for Sidwell. Before he left, he confirmed that the Judge Heran situation was closed between them and cautioned Marco to never betray him again.
After Sidwell and Marco left, Britt sat at Pier 54. She flashed back to a loving conversation she had with her mother. When Jason found her, she said it was a mistake coming back.
At their beach hut in Sydney, Australia, Josslyn and Vaughn were being taken to task by Jack Brennan. After going through some of the details of the mission, Brennan went on to admonish them for having a personal relationship with each other, which was strictly forbidden. Vaughn lashed back a bit, but Joss said Brennan’s point was clear. She then wanted to know, since Colette was out, what happened next.
Brennan said he would have normally separated Josslyn and Vaughn and assigned them to different hemispheres, but he needed them both close to home. He told Vaughn that, regardless of his bad judgment with Agent Jax, he was actually going to be promoted. Because Colette was currently at the Hague, being charged with treason, Brennan needed a second in command. The promotion would mean Vaughn’s undercover days were over.
Brennan then told Joss she was going back to school, not as an agent but as a student. He wanted her in place there for when he needed her again. When she asked how they would explain she’d been dating a WSB agent, Brennan assumed Jason would have already told Carly everything since he had no allegiance to the WSB. Josslyn told him she didn’t think Jason would tell, but figured she’d cross that bridge when she got to it.
Moving on, they refocused on the mission. Brennan figured the lab explosion would be a setback for whoever Britt and Pascal were working for, but it was a long way from solving their problems. He wanted to refocus on Dalton, whom he considered their best lead right now. He did not feel it was a coincidence that Britt found her way back to Port Charles, where Dalton was working.
Brennan said they needed to quickly establish what the connection was between Dalton and Britt. Josslyn felt the connection may not be significant and thought the only reason Britt went back to Port Charles was because Jason got her out of a really bad situation, and she didn’t want anything to do with what happened at the Five Poppies. Brennan said Britt needed to be debriefed and possibly taken into custody. Joss wanted to be clear that they were alive because of Britt, who helped them a lot.
Brennan clarified their assignments and emphasized that Josslyn’s included not dating Agent Vaughn. He gave them 24 more hours together before Vaughn had to leave for Port Charles, mandating that their relationship end the moment Vaughn left.
