Curtis dropped by to see Alexis. He quipped that Drew hadn’t done anything to his family in a few hours. Alexis said that even though Aunt Stella was out of jail, this was far from over. Alexis noted Drew was driving the investigation. She noted that Stella confessed to fixing other people’s cases like she did Martin’s. Alexis said if Drew keeps hammering away at the investigation, Stella could go to jail.

Alexis and Curtis recalled when Drew was a good guy, but the attorney noted that the man who was good to her late daughter, Samantha, was gone. Alexis showed Curtis the restraining order that Drew filed against her so she can't see Scout. Curtis and Alexis agreed that Drew had crossed a line.

Meanwhile, Trina begged Kai to help save her mother. Kai apologized for having it all wrong with Drew. Trina said that Drew had information on her mother that could send her mother to jail or cause her to lose her job. Trina begged Kai to keep her confidence. Kai promised to keep Trina's confidence. She shared that Drew knows that Trina altered a patient's (Heather's) test results. Kai stated that Heather never should have gone free. He believed that Portia did what she needed to do to keep Trina safe. Trina said she showed up to beg Drew not to hurt her family. She asked Kai where the document was that Drew was using to blackmail Portia. Kai said he had an idea, but that it wasn't there in his office.

Meanwhile, Nina met with Portia for a drink. The magazine editor realized she was the one who could have stopped Drew all along. Nina recapped where it all went wrong with Drew. She lamented that her choice to stay quiet about sleeping with Drew set this all in motion. Portia pointed out that Nina was trying to protect her daughter. Portia said she did the same, which opened her up to Drew’s blackmail.

Nina and Portia encouraged each other not to be too hard on themselves. suggested that Portia and Trina could work this out, but Portia said that's not happening. She announced her marriage was over. Portia said she could stop being afraid of losing or hurting Curtis because it's happened. She added that Trina has found out what's going on with Drew and the blackmail. The doctor lamented that she just made her daughter feel worse. Nina said as long as Drew was breathing, Willow would never be free.

Elizabeth walked into Carly’s office just as the Metro Court owner had threatened to take Drew’s life. Drew told Liz he was glad she overheard what Carly said. Drew informed Carly that he and Willow are back together. He told her there was nothing she could do about Willow and him getting her kids back.

After Drew left, Liz told Carly that she was responsible for pushing Willow back to Drew. Carly wasn't buying that. She said that she didn't think Willow should be around her kids. Liz pointed out that Willow doesn't love Drew. She just felt that she needed him to get her kids back.

At General Hospital, Willow let Chase know that she had a plan to get her kids back. Willow said she decided to get back together with Drew so she could get her kids back. Chase urged Willow not to do that. He said she could get her kids back another way. She didn't need Drew.

Chase told Willow that she can get her kids back because she has rebuilt her life. He told her that the judge could give Willow her kids back. Chase said that she didn't need Drew just as the congressman appeared. Drew told Chase this was none of his business.

Drew informed Chase that it wasn't up to Drew how Willow got her kids back. Drew wondered if Brook Lynn would like knowing Chase was so involved in Willow's life. Chase called his bluff. Drew asked Willow if she believed Chase.

Michael informed Kristina that there was a problem with the judge, who gave him custody of his kids. He said the judge got a $1 million payment before ruling in his favor. Michael admitted that the scope of the judge’s ruling surprised even him. Next, Sonny called Michael and told him that Judge Heran was dead and she wouldn't be able to help them. Michael felt horrible for the judge and her family.

Sonny arrived at the dock and learned from Rocco and Danny that a woman’s body was in the water. Next, Anna, Dante, and the police arrived as Sonny had urged the boys to call the police. Anna asked a police officer to hold off before retrieving the body so the boys didn’t see it.

Anna advised Danny and Rocco to call the police first before calling Sonny if there's a next time. Sonny explained to Dante that Danny called him because Jason said he should do that if he was out of town and something went wrong.

Danny and Rocco said that they didn’t see anything unusual before they got there. Anna told them that she might have more questions later, but, for now, she was going to make sure that a police officer got them home safely. After the boys and an officer left, Anna said the body should be retrieved.

Anna examined the victim's body. She theorized that the marks on the victim’s neck indicated she was murdered. Dante recognized the victim as the judge (Judge Heran) in Michael’s custody trial. Anna suspected that the judge was dead before she hit the water. Anna told Sonny it was odd that Sonny, whose son Michael was dealing with the judge in his custody case, was first on the scene. Sonny said he'd never talked to the judge. Anna said she'd have other questions for Sonny and the boys. Sonny said he'd bring his lawyer. Anna said she'd expect nothing less.

Later, Sonny made it clear to Dante that he'd never involve Rocco in a murder. He pointed out to his son that the judge was killed near Sidwell's home on the island.

Kristina told Michael that she didn't think that Willow would ever trust Drew. Just then, Carly called Michael. She let him know that Willow and Drew are back together. She urged her son not to give in to Drew. Michael said Drew had no idea how quickly circumstances could change for him. Carly agreed. Michael told Kristina that Willow had made a lot of bad choices.

Chase got a call from Dante, so he left Willow and Drew. Drew advised Willow not to spend time with Chase. Drew invited Willow to come home with him. Willow said she couldn't leave in the middle of her shift. Drew kissed her goodbye and left.

Later, Chase told Willow that Judge Heran was dead. He said she was murdered, but that he didn't know much else. Willow got upset and left. Chase summoned someone to General Hospital because he had evidence.

Kai failed to open Drew's safe. Trina heard a car pull into the driveway. She and Kai made a hasty exit. Drew entered his house. He brushed some water from the rain off his suit.

Meanwhile, Kristina arrived home and called out to her mother. Alexis didn't answer. A bartender picked some money up off the table where Trina and Nina had been sitting. Kai stood in front of Trina as they hid in another room in Drew's house. Drew opened his safe and examined something from it. He closed his safe.

Kai asked Trina to be quiet. Drew looked at a photo of himself and Willow on a shelf. He flash-backed to talking about Willow's ring. which belonged to the late Lila, and was a family heirloom. Drew pointed out to Willow that Lila was his grandmother, too. "It's all going to work out, Willow," Drew said. "You'll see."

Just then, someone fired a bullet into Drew's back. He fell to the ground. A figure stood over Drew and fired another shot into him.
