For someone as well-known as Michael on General Hospital (Rory Gibson), how was it a great move to date a sex worker and not expect fallout, consequences, and that matter being used against him later or immediately? Fans and viewers were all over the Soap Central Message Boards. Let's dive in for some fan reactions.

hawkgirl –– Michael isn't this dumb. Is he? Dating a sex worker will be used against him in a custody hearing. Especially now with Willow on the loose again.

sometinsimple23 –– Why should that matter? She was an escort, which is a perfectly legal service. Hasn't she found a more "respectable" job now anyway?

She delighted little Wiley with tales of spiders being bigger than his head, but that doesn't mean she's ever gonna go near him again. Michael can explain to the judge that it was NINA who brought Wiley around, and since his kid was there, he simply said Jacinda was a friend. But there are no plans for her to be near the kids again. After all, Curtis is Daddy's friend, and Wiley isn't around him. So Michael isn't doing anything wrong; we don't know why she became a sex worker. All we know is when she told Michael to leave it help she wanted it to be for a job that lasted then. To me, that shows being a sex worker isn't her first choice. She isn't doing it to make an easy buck. if she was forced into that escort service? That makes her a victim of sex trafficking. In which case, it'd be pretty disgusting for anyone to then hold it against her, and that's why Michael isn't. he is well aware some women are forced into sex work. Since he doesn't know Jacinda's story yet? He refuses to write her off as someone who just wants to screw around and make a buck for it. And I think his refusal to judge her is why she relaxed with him and is slowly letting him in.

Manninglover87 –– I’m not sure why it should matter, especially since their mother is currently awaiting trial for attempted murder. I’m pretty sure that will hold more weight than Michael dating an escort, which is not a crime.
