And the winner is General Hospital's Jonathan Jackson

Jonathan Jackson made his General Hospital comeback in 2024 when prodigal son Lucky Spencer returned home to Port Charles to donate a part of his liver to his dying sister, Lulu. Unfortunately, Lucky's liver wasn't deemed suitable for donation, but he stuck around for a while and romanced ex-wife Elizabeth Webber. Eventually, Lucky's thirst for adventure got the best of him, and he left town again, taking his teenage son, Aiden, with him.

This was Jackson's whopping sixth Emmy win. He won three times in the Outstanding Younger Actor category and now three times for Outstanding Supporting Actor.

In her acceptance speech, Jackson thanked the two co-stars who helped give the actor his start on television, the legendary performers who gave us Luke and Laura.

"Genie Francis, I owe you a debt of love I will never be able to repay, and also Anthony Geary, I didn't get to work with you this time around, the truth is you are with me in every single scene that I do," Jackson said.

He also thanked his wife, Lisa, and three children, as well as co-stars Rebecca Herbst (Elizabeth Webber) and Steve Burton (Jason Morgan).
