General Hospital star Chris McKenna's lastest social media post has fans wondering if an alleged dead villainess is about to make her Port Charles comeback.
A One Life to Live-General Hospital reunion
McKenna took to Instagram on the morning of May 2, 2025, to share a snap of himself on the GH set with a very familiar face from his youth and our ABC soap watching life. The actor was excited to see Jessica Tuck, who played his on-screen sister Megan on One Life to Live in the 1990s, when McKenna played a teenage Joey Buchanan.
"I can’t tell you what an unexpected joy it was to run into THE @thejessicatuck today on set. My long lost big sis from #OLTL #Megan #joey #GH #FBF," he wrote.
Tuck portrayed Megan Gordon, the long-lost daughter of Victoria Lord, who just happened to hire Lulu (Alexa Havins) as a reporter for the Llanview Banner last week. Tuck's Megan sadly died from complications of Lupus in 1993.
However, GH fans will remember the actress as Cassandra Pierce, a drug-dealing hypochondriac who was involved with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Does this visit to the GH set mean that Tuck is bringing Cassandra back?
What happened to Cassandra Pierce?

Anna (Finola Hughes) and Finn (Michael Easton) first met Cassandra in Monaco in 2017 when they were trying to find evidence against Valentin. Knowing that Cassandra was a hypochondriac, Anna felt she would be drawn to infectious disease doctor Finn, and he could help them get close to her.
Things went terribly wrong when Cassandra tried to drug Nina (then played by Michelle Stafford), who turned the tables on her. Cassandra ended up in a coma, but eventually returned in 2019, aided by Nikolas Cassadine (then played by Marcus Coloma). During her second stint, she poisoned Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and nearly killed her.
When Cassandra tried to kidnap Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez), they both ended up on a boat in the river, but Valentin rescued Charlotte before the boat blew up with Cassandra still on board.
She was presumed dead and hasn't been heard from since. As no body was ever found, it felt like only a matter of time before the character resurfaced to wreak havoc on Port Charles once again.
Is that what we can expect to happen, or was Tuck's set visit just that — a visit to see old General Hospital and OLTL friends? Stay tuned to find out.
