General Hospital star Jon Lindstrom isn't just doing double-duty as GH's Dr. Kevin Collins and Beyond the Gates's Joey Armstrong. He's also keeping up with his role as an author. This weekend, Lindstrom devotees can hear the actor speak on writing in Studio City, California.

"Hey, Los Angeles, I’ll see you this Sunday [December 7] at Sisters in Crime-LA in Studio City," Lindstrom shared on Instagram. "Looking forward!"

In his author newsletter, Lindstrom shared that Sisters in Crime-LA is a terrific organization with over 50 chapters worldwide. "They're all about supporting new voices, and I'm honored to have been invited to be In Conversation with Actress-Author Daryl Wood Gerber," the actor/author wrote.

"It's free, and members and non-members are welcome, but you'll need to register to gain entry to the lot," Lindstrom notes. (Click here for a link on how to register.)

Lindstrom is the author of Hollywood Hustle: A Thriller, which debuted in 2024. His next novel, Hollywood Payback: A Thriller, will be available in April 2026.

GH viewers have seen Lindstrom back in Port Charles at a time when Kevin's wife, Laura (Genie Francis), needs her the most in light of her finding Dalton's (Daniel Goddard) dead body in her trunk. Coming home to General Hospital gave Lindstrom all the feels, according to TV Insider.

"I love those people," he said. I love all of them." Lindstrom notes that many of the great things in his life are a result of his being on both GH and its sister soap, Port Charles, which Lindstrom was tapped to appear on from 1997 to 2003. He says he's been welcomed back warmly by the GH company. "It's like coming back to see old friends and a great reunion around it," he says.

The actor is happy to be working once again with Francis, his TV wife. He has become pals not only with the actress, but also with her husband, actor/director Jonathan Frakes (Star Trek: The Next Generation). "I hadn’t seen them in over a year, so to be able to just sit down and hang out in the dressing room with Genie and catch up and talk about life and how things are, I was really excited to do that," Frakes says. "I also ran into Maurice [Benard, Sonny Corinthos], and we had a little bit of work together. I love Mo."
