Here is the General Hospital weekly recap for episodes that aired from November 17th through November 21st, 2025: Molly and Cody got closer while dancing at a bar, while Gio called Brook Lynn ‘Mom’ and hugged her, and Laura realized Sidwell planted the body in her trunk.
What Happened on General Hospital?

This week on General Hospital, Curtis stopped by Portia’s office to check on the pregnancy she wasn’t ready to announce. Stella had already connected the dots, of course, and the ultrasound sitting on Portia’s desk made both of them go quiet for a beat — one more reminder that nothing in their lives ever lands at the “right” time. Over at General Hospital, Britt caught Emma on her way to see Ned and unloaded on her about the key fob, the lab break-in, and the storm Rocco is living through. Emma tried to explain herself, tried to explain Rocco, and Britt just couldn’t hear any of it. Down the hall, Gio found Dante and Brook Lynn and finally confessed what really happened — the animal rights plan, the abandoned operation, the kids who went ahead anyway — and Dante’s anger broke loose in a way that clearly surprised even him. Brook Lynn stepped in before it got uglier. At Ava’s gallery, Trina sat with the knot in her stomach and admitted to Kai that she wasn’t sure anymore if the blackmail destroyed her parents’ marriage or if something darker did. Kai didn’t have answers, but his calm logic only made her fears feel heavier. At the polls, Laura ran straight into Dalton, and the whole thing turned into a public blowup. He taunted her about losing the election and about her grandson sitting in a cell, and she fired back in that sharp, clipped tone she only uses when someone pushes her past polite. She even slapped Dalton lightly in the face. People filmed the whole thing. Lulu filled Carly in afterward, and Carly — being Carly — basically told her to do whatever it takes to save Rocco, even if it scorches the Earth. In court, Ric and ADA Turner clashed over Dalton’s newly “discovered” evidence, and Sonny reminded her that she was letting herself be weaponized. Later, Ric cornered Alexis and dangled Portia’s cobalt-test cover-up as a potential motive to shoot Drew. Upstairs at Bobbie’s, Jason tried to keep Britt steady while explaining that Danny confessing might his their son straight into a cell, and Drew would make sure of it. Back at the PCPD, Danny and Charlotte turned themselves in and gave Nathan the whole story, only for it to collapse over a simple technicality. It didn’t stop them from gearing up to try again once the grown-ups arrived. Even Sonny agreed the kids might be the only path out of this mess. Meanwhile, Sidwell and Marco panicked at Wyndemere as Dalton’s lies threatened to drag their whole operation into daylight, and Britt stormed in demanding Sidwell shut the professor down before Rocco paid the price. Across town, Vaughn sent Joss into The Brown Dog to find out what Dalton was hiding, and she worked him expertly — enough ego-stroking, enough fake warmth, enough whiskey — until he admitted his real animal lab wasn’t anywhere near PCU and tucked far enough away that the dogs could howl without complaint. Gio and Emma saw the situation unraveling and stepped in, prompting Emma to toss her drink in Dalton’s face right before Vaughn flashed his WSB credentials and hauled the man outside. Back at the station, Sonny, Lulu, Ric, Alexis, and Jason talked strategy while Charlotte insisted to Lulu that she could handle testifying. Over at City Hall, Drew popped in to celebrate Laura’s “loss,” and Jordan shut him down by announcing Laura had actually won re-election. Drew looked like someone had slapped the wind out of him. At Wyndemere, Britt pushed Sidwell too far. Dalton barged in drunk and panicked about the WSB being on him. Sidwell ended the conversation — and Dalton — with a gunshot straight to the heart. Pascal arrived minutes later and escorted a shaking Britt back to her room, warning her that she had used up her second chance. He also warned her that she was being watched, likely by whatever forces are above him and Sidwell. At the Metro Court, Carly tried to patch things up with Jack until the moment felt too forced and a phone call — thankfully — pulled her out of the scene. Nina confessed guilt to Ava about throwing Portia under the bus and hinted that Michael’s alibi might be about to fall apart. Sonny admitted to Carly that he wasn’t convinced that Michael didn’t shoot Drew. Willow told Alexis about her missing hours and what she remembered, which was just walking around to clear her head. Alexis agreed that it was a flimsy alibi. Later that night, Joss filled Emma in on Dalton’s drunken confession and realized Vaughn hadn’t actually been lying about being WSB. Outside the bar, Vaughn kissed her and let silence do the rest. Back at the station, Nathan pressed the kids about how they got Britt’s fob, and the looks on Jason, Lulu, and Alexis’ faces said plenty. Across town, Lucas and Marco came home to find Sidwell and Pascal drinking tea like they didn’t have a body cooling somewhere on the island. And finally, on the side of a dark road, Laura pulled over with a flat tire, opened her trunk to grab a flare, and screamed when she found Dalton’s wide-eyed, dead body folded inside — a message from someone who wanted her, specifically her, to find him that way. Laura was horrified to see Dalton‘s dead body in her trunk. She soon called someone for help. Gio worried to Sonny that Dante didn’t consider him his son anymore. Chase went to Alexis’ office and told her that Michael had a phony alibi, and he could prove it. Molly told Cody that his rescuing Ric from the woods had helped her become closer to her dad, and Cody and Kristina exchanged knowing glances. Chase told Alexis that Ezra told him he was with Jacinda the night of Drew’s shooting. Jason filled Britt in on the legal strategy that Alexis and Ric have cooked up for Rocco. He also explained that Danny and Charlotte got the key fob out of her purse, so he asked Britt why she would have a key for Dalton’s lab. He basically said that it was obvious she was working with the professor, and she found it hard to come clean unless he could guarantee that he would put her first. Brook Lynn confided in Michael that she felt awful for not telling Tracy about Ned’s condition, but it was for the best because Tracy would’ve gone crazy at the hospital. Sonny reassured Gio that he loved him. Nathan startled Laura when he showed up to help her. Michael told Brooklyn to reach out to Gio, but she admitted she was afraid of what would happen. Alexis told Chase that everything he told her was hearsay and that no one would get on the witness stand to corroborate it, so Chase said he would find proof that Ezra was with Jacinda around the time of Drew’s shooting. Kristina told Jacinda that Charlie’s pub was so badly damaged by the fire that it had to be razed. Jason told Britt that he knew she was in trouble and wanted to help. She would only tell him anything if he put her first because she would be risking her life by telling him the truth. Sonny showed up to help Laura just as Nathan was about to open her trunk to get her spare tire out, but thankfully, he got called away. Sonny then asked her what they were dealing with. Alexis advised Chase that continuing to investigate Ezra would not be good for his career. Molly wanted info on country music for her book, and one came on at the bar, so the two started dancing to it. Sonny saw the body in the trunk and called Jason for help, which made Britt upset. Sonny told Laura that bad things were in motion, so he grabbed her and told her they had to leave immediately. Brook Lynn told Gio she was proud that he owned up to his part in the lab incident and that he was not to blame for Rocco’s choices that night. Gio called her mom and hugged her. Britt had a traumatic flashback to when Sidwell pointed at Dalton’s body and told her that was what happened to people who became more trouble than they were worth. Jason changed Laura’s tire, jumped into her car, and drove off. Sonny told a frazzled Laura that by the morning, her car would have been detailed and would be back in her driveway, and Dalton would never be seen again. As she went over things in her mind, Laura realized it could only have been Sidwell who put the body in her trunk.
General Hospital can be seen weekdays on ABC and Hulu.
