General Hospital Spoilers, August 6: Will Michael tell Chase the truth about Willow?

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, August 6, 2025.

Surprisingly, three people have managed to figure out that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) was the one stalking Daisy, but none of them have confronted her about it. Chase (Josh Swickard) thinks Willow is returning to her virtuous personality and taking responsibility for her actions, so he goes to bat for her with Michael.

When Michael (Rory Gibson) and Chase run into each other at the Metro Court pool, Chase tries to get Michael to see Willow's point of view in the hopes that Michael will allow Willow to see her kids. Michael is not receptive to Chase's arguments. Will he tell her that Willow is also a stalker to try to get him to understand why he can't allow her near their children?

As for Willow, she asks Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) to keep a big secret. What does he know about Willow that she wants to keep buried? Did he see her near the nursery the day Sasha ended up with the wrong baby?

Lulu's latest scheme?

Lulu (Alexa Havins) is still reeling from the fact that not only does Rocco (Finn Carr) know how he came to be, but he also contacted Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), and they became friends. She turns to Carly (Laura Wright) for help, but her cousin will only do Lulu's bidding on one condition.

Laura is worried about Lulu and her determination to keep Rocco away from his past. She summons Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) to her office to talk about it. After her chat with Rocco last week, Laura thinks he has a right to learn as much as he can within reason.

Jason turns to Liesl again

Now that Jason (Steve Burton) is sure that Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is alive, he knows he has to try to get more information out of Liesl to gauge whether she knows the truth about her daughter or not. However, he also has another concern.

Jason warns Liesl not to come between Rocco and his parents, but Liesl thinks of Rocco as her grandson, so that will be easier said than done. Perhaps Jason needs to distract her with his big Britta news...
