General Hospital Spoilers, December 11: Portia's pregnancy panic and Willow's false hope

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, December 11, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

Nina's (Cynthia Watros) announcement changes everything for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), at least for a little while. Nina has no idea what Curtis (Donnell Turner) was actually arrested for, but she assumes that her likely former BFF is going down for shooting Drew (Cameron Mathison). Willow can't believe this might finally be over without her needing to testify at all.

What she doesn't know is that Curtis was arrested for lying to the police and obstructing justice. There is no evidence that he actually shot Drew or paid Selina (Lydia Look) to do it, so Willow is not off the hook just yet and may never be.

Drew may be excited for Willow's freedom prospects, but his day gets even more interesting when he gets a shocking offer. Something tells us that this has to do with Sidwell (Carlo Rota). As for Nina, she is set to get an eyeful, but an eyeful of what?

Portia's pregnancy problems

Portia's (Brook Kerr) pregnancy news may spread faster than ever before when she begins having cramps and needs to see a doctor who is not Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson). Does Isaiah have questions when Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) cares for Portia, someone who doesn't have a medical license but is an excellent OBGYN?

Britt assures Portia that she will take good care of her, but now, Isaiah might wonder if he is a father when Curtis already assumes that he is. Portia is in quite a pickle, but will she start craving them?

Michael's new romance

Michael (Rory Gibson) and Jacinda (Paige Herscell) had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving night at her place, and Michael seems to be back for more. Jacinda is not quite sure where they stand, as they were supposed to fake a romance and not embark on a real one.

Michael tells Jacinda that he is with her because he wants to be with her and this has nothing to do with her being a sex worker. Things start to heat up between the pair again. Does Nina see what is going on? Is this the eyeful that Nina gets?
