General Hospital Spoilers, June 6: Will Sonny be the voice of custody reason?

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Friday, June 6, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

The custody hearing proved that Michael (Rory Gibson) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) were both adulterers who made some bad mistakes in their marriage, meaning perhaps the judge would decide the children belonged with neither one of them.

However, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) went into labor and Willow delivered her baby on the floor of the courtroom, earning Michael and Sasha's gratitude. Sonny arrives at the hospital to meet his new granddaughter and has a talk with Michael about the importance of compromise. That is all Michael and Willow wanted all along, but Drew (Cameron Mathison) kept getting in their way.

While Sasha lets Jason (Steve Burton) off the baby daddy hook, he might have another problem on his hands.

The fallout

Carly (Laura Wright) takes Jason to task for his baby daddy lies. Jason never keeps secrets like this from Carly, but Sasha and Michael both swore him to secrecy. Carly doesn't care. This involved her son and grandchild, so she feels she had a right to know.

Meanwhile, Nina and Drew are forced to discuss Carly's accusation. Drew now knows what really happened with Jacinda (Paige Herscehell) and wants to tell Willow everything. However, Nina warns Drew that they'd both lose Willow if she knew the truth. Willow would not like to hear the reason that Portia (Brook Kerr) was so determined to bring Drew down. She also wouldn't be happy that he set up Tracy (Jane Elliot).

Drew is stuck between a rock and a hard place now. Nina might be the one with the upper hand — and she will use it.

Natalia (Eva LaRue) finds herself in Jason's favorite spot at the PCPD after she was pulled over for driving drunk. She makes her one phone call, but will anyone come to her rescue? Sonny's busy at the hospital, so he might not be paying attention to Natalia. Perhaps Sidwell (Carlo Rota) can help Natalia out of a jam.
