Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
What to expect on General Hospital
Laura (Genie Francis) had already told Jordan (Tanisha Harper) that if she had to choose between two criminals, she'd take Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) over Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) any day of the week. She can't let on that she knows Sonny is thinking of selling his piers, but is stunned when Sonny tells her his reason. He wants out.
Laura never thought she would see this day as she and Sonny have been friends for more than 30 years. They even met when he was working for mobster Frank Smith. The mob is all Sonny knows, and Sonny being a part of the mob is all Laura knows. The idea that Sonny wants to retire is absolutely stunning.
It's also frightening because Laura knows that this opens up Port Charles to bad crime, when Sonny only committed good crimes (when he was not shooting people). If Sonny leaves the business, Laura fears that Port Charles is in a whole lot of trouble.
Carly's warning
Carly (Laura Wright) also gets a surprise when Lulu (Alexa Havins) tells her that she believes Gio (Giovanni Mazza) is Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Dante's (Dominic Zamprogna) son. She even thinks Brook Lynn might know, so she is ready to spill the beans to Dante. Carly gives Lulu a stern warning and tells her to stay out of it, but we all know Lulu won't listen.
At the Metro Court, Tracy (Jane Elliot) tells Jason (Steve Burton) all about Brook Lynn's baby and asks him to find the young man. She will even make things worthwhile for Sonny if Jason does what Aunt Tracy wants.
Emma's fury
Emma (Braedyn Bruner) is both crushed and furious when she learns that Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is Professor Dalton's (Daniel Goddard) new research assistant. Josslyn makes Emma a promise that she will help Emma's mission, but Emma doesn't buy it.
Trending
Emma runs to Anna (Finola Hughes) and makes some accusations. Does she (correctly) think Joss did something to her assignment? If so, Anna warns her granddaughter that she needs proof. Emma might not care because she is sure that Josslyn sabotaged her.
