What to expect on General Hospital
After dealing with Laura's (Genie Francis) big Dalton-sized problem on election night, Sonny (Maurice Benard) does some more digging and makes a grim discovery. He suspected that Sidwell (Carlo Rota) was behind the murder, so does he get the proof that he needs?
Meanwhile, Laura pulls herself together and gets to the office to start another term as Port Charles' mayor. What happened was shocking, and she is feeling guilt, but it's Sonny who has to once again talk her down from the ledge.
He checks in on Laura and finds her ready to waver. Now that the cover-up has started, Sonny warns Laura that there's no turning back. If she says anything to anyone about what happened, she is opening them both up to legal danger, as well as danger from Sidwell.
Jason's promise
Jason (Steve Burton) hated having to leave Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) the night before. However, when Sonny calls, Jason typically listens. And that's what Britt doesn't like. She feels that she can't tell Jason the truth because he won't put her first.
Jason promises a doubtful Britt that he's going to prove to her that she can trust him, but that will be easier said than done since Jason does not have a very good track record. Will she finally open up and tell him she watched the body he disposed of get shot right in front of her?
Josslyn's complicated life
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) had promised Jack (Chris McKenna) that they would stop seeing one another, but they have not listened. Joss begins her day in Jack's bed, but things go downhill from there. She later runs into her mother, who has a lot of questions. Carly (Laura Wright) just wants to make sure that Josslyn is safe without giving away what she knows.
