General Hospital Spoilers, October 7: Portia takes a test, Tracy loses her mind

It's a big day for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) as her BFF Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) wonders if her dizziness and nausea could mean she has a bun in the oven. The idea hasn't occurred to Portia, despite all the sex she has been having lately — and not just with her husband.

Teasers say that Portia is about to get some life-changing news, so odds are she will take a stick into the bathroom and get two lines. Then, she has to decide what to do about her two potential baby daddies. Portia is no stranger to cheating on her husband and becoming pregnant, so she should know how to deal with this. All she has to do is lie for the next two decades, and she should be good.

Tracy (Jane Elliot) — and the rest of the Quartermaines — can barely believe their ears when they learn that Monica (the late Leslie Charleson) left her house (the one Alan gave her) to her sister, Veronica Bard (Erika Slezak). Even Ronnie seems stunned by the news.

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is forced to take the brunt of Tracy's ire as she declares that Ronnie will get the house over her dead body. Is there more going on with this will than meets the eye? Marty (Michael E. Knight) seemed to know more about this will than he should have...

Police business

While Drew (Cameron Mathison) seethes from his hospital bed, looking none the worse for wear, Anna (Finola Hughes) is hard at work trying to figure out who shot him. He has managed to alienate so many people this year that the suspect list is a mile long.

Still, she thinks she knows where she can find the gun that the shooter used, so she gets a search warrant and presents it to Elizabeth. The police search Elizabeth's house and find a big surprise. Is Edward Quartermaine's gun there? Did Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) shoot Drew and stash the gun in Liz's home, where she is a guest? If so, Willow may find herself out on the street sooner rather than later...
