General Hospital Spoilers, September 2: Dead body alert in Port Charles

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

Rocco (Finn Carr) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) certainly never expected to find a dead body floating in the river after a confrontation with Drew (Cameron Mathison) in Carly's (Laura Wright) office. But thanks to Drew, that's exactly what's happened. The body appears to be that of Judge Heran, the woman whom Sidwell (Carlo Rota) paid off to give Michael full custody of Wiley and Amelia. Sidwell couldn't have her confirm what Drew's big mouth just told Michael.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) knows there's trouble when Danny and Rocco tell him they found a body. He knows he did not get to the judge first, so someone else did. Sonny's plans to retire keep getting derailed as he tries to figure out if Sidwell is behind all these odd happenings in Port Charles.

Liz goes to bat for Willow

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is stunned when she hears Carly telling Drew that she will kill him herself if she has to, but she tries to let it go. Instead, she tells Carly what has been going on with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) after Drew leaves. Does Liz want Carly to cut Willow some slack so she doesn't take Drew back?

Carly can't even believe Willow is dumb enough to even consider doing such a thing, but she should know Willow is not thinking clearly these days, to put it mildly. Carly tells Elizabeth that if Willow wants to trust Drew and make such a choice, then she is just going to have to live with the consequences. She can't care about what happens to Willow anymore since Willow barely cares about what happens to herself.

Kristina's surprise news?

Michael (Rory Gibson) is a bit taken aback when Kristina (Kate Mansi) gives him some news that he never expected. Is she about to testify on Willow's behalf when she has Willow's lawyer locked in her mother's basement? Or does she just try to see if Michael could be a little nicer to Willow?

Michael tells his sister that Willow has made a lot of bad choices and will now have to live with the consequences. Does it occur to him that Kristina has also made bad choices and rarely has to live with the consequences?
