Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

It finally happened! Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has been shot. We repeat: DREW CAIN HAS BEEN SHOT! And whoever wants him dead was not taking any chances. They shot him twice, once as he stared into space, and again when he was already down.

Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) are the first to hear the gunshot and are not quite sure what to do. Do they call 911? Anna (Finola Hughes) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) respond to a call and end up at Drew's house, while Kai and Trina wonder how much danger they are really in.

A very wet Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) arrives back at General Hospital, and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) wonders where the heck she has been. What excuse will Willow make for herself, as she surely can't tell the truth, right? Did she sneak away from work to find a gun and plug her former fiancé who ruined her life?

When Lucas (Van Hansis) cautions Elizabeth, does he warn her not to get too close to Willow and to stop going to bat for her? Lucas doesn't trust the young woman at all.

Portia (Brook Kerr) is also set to make an announcement. Does she resign as chief of staff, shocking everyone, especially Isasiah (Sawandi Wilson)?

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is still reeling after seeing Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and a strange man locked in a room at the Five Poppies. She is not sure what to do about it, but she might want to find her burner phone and give Jason (Steve Burton) a ring. He's supposedly on his way home, but perhaps he hasn't really left yet.

Joss and Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) discuss their super brief encounter with Britt and wonder if there might be a WSB mole on the premises.

Back in Port Charles, it all goes back to Drew. While Jack (Chris McKenna) tries to figure out why he can't reach his agents in Croatia, Carly (Laura Wright) visits him in a panic. She knows what happened to Drew and worries she might be a suspect. After all, she did threaten his life, and Elizabeth heard the whole thing...
