What to expect on General Hospital

Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) does as Lucy Coe tends to do and arrives on the red carpet with her trusty llama in tow. It's a bit of a surprise for red carpet hosts Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Nina (Cynthia Watros), but they should learn what to expect from Lucy by now.

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Gio (Giovanni Mazza) also arrive on the red carpet, with Gio taking in the sights of this momentous and odd Port Charles event. Jenz (Carlo Rota) Sidwell arrives with Jordan (Tanisha Harper) by his side, hoping for the best since he funded this whole shindig.

Sonny's (Maurice Benard) date is none other than the adorable Donna (Scarlett Spears), who will be performing a number we'll never forget. However, what Donna will do remains a secret for now.

Anna (Finola Hughes) gets a big idea backstage and enlists Felicia (Kristina Wagner) in a plan. What is Anna up to, and does it involve Emma (Braedyn Bruner) and Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard)?

They might not have time to put their plan into action, as Lucy has her first crisis of the evening that probably has something to do with her wardrobe or her llama.

Chase (Josh Swickard) is surprised when he is asked to do something completely unexpected. Will he be making an arrest at the ball?

Alexis' (Nancy Lee Grahn) plans to leave for the ball are derailed when Ric (Rick Hearst) stops by. She has no desire to see him, considering that he and Ava (Maura West) are blackmailing her. Alexis had hoped their truce would last, but then Kristina (Kate Mansi) had to go cut the brakes on Ric's car, ruining everything.

Alexis tells Ric he might not like how things are going to end up. Does she have her own scheme with Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) in mind?

Ric and Alexis' daughter doesn't have anyone to walk the red carpet with until Cody (Josh Kelly) shows up. He sees that Molly (Kristen Vaganos) is alone and offers her his arm. Will she accept, and will Cody have a better time than he did at the last Nurses' Ball when Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) framed him and he was arrested?
