What to expect on General Hospital

When you're such a hated man that everyone in town suspects someone else of shooting you, you might want to rethink your life choices if and when you recover. That's the position that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is in right now as the suspect list grows, and everyone is giving the people around them the side eye.

Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) just wants to know which member of the Corinthos clan she will be defending, but Sonny (Maurice Benard) remains mum. At the hospital, Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Portia (Brook Kerr) talk in code and wonder if the other pulled the trigger, considering their discussion not long before Drew was shot.

Lulu (Alexa Havins) is determined to get to the bottom of things and expose a big story, so she questions Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), off the record, of course. Did any of these characters do it, or was it someone not even on the suspect list?

Alexis' dilemma

Maybe Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) should have thought twice before she chained a man to a gurney in her basement, because now she might not be able to take care of Scout (Cosette Abinante). With Drew down for the count, she wants Scout to stay with her.

It's Kristina (Kate Mansi) who has to remind Alexis that Scout could wander to the basement and find their houseguest. That wouldn't be a good look if Alexis eventually wants to get custody of Scout.

Over in Croatia...

After receiving a distress call from Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), Jason (Steve Burton) rushes back to the Five Poppies to rescue her, but ends up being shot at in the process. We can safely say he is one person who hates Drew and will not end up on the suspect list.

Joss (Eden McCoy) and Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) are still locked up together, as their little escape plan didn't work out as they wished. Joss asks Vaughn if he would really sacrifice his life for hers.

Back in Port Charles, Anna (Finola Hughes) is still on Jack's (Chris McKenna) case, as he has not heard from his agents in Croatia. At this point, Jack knows something must have gone wrong.
