What to expect on General Hospital

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is back on the scene after his month-long adventure in Alexis' (Nancy Lee Grahn) basement, chained to a gurney with a ball gag in his mouth. Surprisingly, he pays a visit to his brother Sonny (Maurice Benard), someone he has barely shared scenes with since returning to Port Charles more than a year ago. Even when Ric was in a car accident earlier this year, Sonny couldn't care less.

Now, Ric approaches his brother with a proposition. He even tells Sonny that he's prepared to prove to him just how valuable he could be right now. Sonny is both skeptical and intrigued at the same time. What could Ric have up his sleeve this time, and can Sonny trust him?

Saving Rocco

Sonny has enough problems as he worries about his piers and the election, but he has no idea that he should also be worried about one of his grandsons. Laura (Genie Francis) is shocked when Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) comes barreling into the debate area with Rocco (Finn Carr), demanding that he be arrested for breaking into his lab.

Laura shouts that nobody is going to arrest her grandson, but Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) is right there watching. This is not a good look for the city's mayor, so Laura has a big choice to make. Does she prove that not even teenage boys are above the law or does she sacrifice her re-election hopes?

Rocco did what?

While Laura deals with Rocco's fate at the debate, Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) beg their parents for help and have to come clean about what they were up to. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) can't believe he may have to arrest his son, while Jason (Steve Burton) needs Danny to slow down and tell him who came up with this bright idea.

When Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma (Braedyn Bruner) realize what happened, they freak out because they know this was all their idea. As for Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), she is also in panic mode and calls Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to issue him a threat and a warning. Things are getting too dangerous and she is not sure she wants in anymore.
