Here is your General Hospital spoilers video sneak peek for Thursday, May 22, 2025.
What to expect on General Hospital

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) claimed that thanks to Drew (Cameron Mathison), she was finally happy. However, her Nurses' Ball experience is turning out to be anything but. She could tell people were whispering behind her back the second she walked into the ballroom. Then, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) caught up with her in the ladies' room and read her for filth.
Now, Ned (Wally Kurth) and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) are accusing Drew (Cameron Mathison) of setting up Tracy (Jane Elliot), so Willow feels the need to go on the defensive and stick up for Drew right in front of him. Drew is happy to let her do so, but Willow may find she is in for a very rude awakening very soon.
Nina vs. Carly, take two

Without the cameras on them, Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Carly (Laura Wright) come face to face for the first time since the brawl in Carly's living room. Neither woman feels confident about this custody battle, which they seem to be fighting for their kids, but they are not about to show it.
Nina warns Carly that if she goes ahead with things, then if it all goes south for Michael, it's on Carly. Both women will soon be in for a big surprise.
Lois has a lot of explaining to do

Lois (Rena Sofer) knows that the jig is almost up. Lulu (Alexa Havins) couldn't mind her own business and put it all together. Gio (Giovanni Mazza) is Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Brook Lynn's (Amanda Setton) son, and Lulu is determined to make sure Dante knows one way or another.
How is Lois going to talk her way out of this? She is not prepared, with another barrel of lies, and can't exactly call her mother for advice in the moment. She will have to reason with Lulu, which is always easier said than done.
Back in the ballroom, Brook Lynn tries to smooth things over when Dante continues to give Gio a hard time. She is growing tired of Dante's attitude, but if she pushes, things might go from bad to worse.
