General Hospital star Cameron Mathison is headed to the big screen with Candace Cameron Bure

While some General Hospital viewers might like to see Drew Cain go to the big house, his portrayer, Cameron Mathison, is headed to the big screen! The actor and his frequent co-star, Candace Cameron Bure (Full House), are going to be seen in a holiday film in movie theaters!

Mathison (Home Sweet Christmas) and Cameron Bure (The Christmas Present) are reprising their roles as Sam and Sophie in Another Sweet Christmas, which will have an exclusive theatrical release from Thursday, November 30, to Sunday, December 2.

"They're not just married -- they're Just Merry!" reads a description for the film's story. Mathison and Cameron Bure have more than movies in common. They both competed on Dancing With the Stars! On the dance reality competition series, Mathison came in 5th in Season 5, and he was paired with Edyta Śliwińska. At the time, Mathison was on All My Children as Ryan Lavery. Now, he's Drew Cain on General Hospital. Cameron Bure was partnered with Mark Ballas in Season 18, and she came in 3rd place.

Cameron Bure and Mathison are vowing to make this Christmas the sweetest one yet in Another Sweet Christmas. There will be some exclusive treats for movie-goers. They include a recorded greeting from the stars before the movie stars, plus behind-the-scenes exclusives, and a Q&A session afterward. Also, keep an eye out for a QR code on screen – it will come with a digital gift for fans.
