Vultaggio not upset about write-out

In a recent interview, Lisa Vultaggio (Hannah Scott) says that she is grateful to General Hospital for allowing her to play Hannah for the past two years. The actress also asserts that she will probably not return to daytime television in the near future.

"Soap opera doesn't really interest me right now," said Vultaggio. Vultaggio does, however, thank her fans for their support.

As for Hannah's future after she leaves General Hospital, Vultaggio says that she isn't sure what will happen. The role could be recast, according to some sources, but that doesn't seem to be an immediate plan. Vultaggio teases that she'd probably need some "prayer" to get her through if the role was recast within a few weeks of her final appearance.

Vultaggio will last air on March 23rd, meaning that the actress has not yet filmed her final scenes. Vultaggio claims that she's not really sure why Hannah was written out or how the writers will wipe the character off of the GH canvas.
