Vanessa Marcil Giovinazzo (Brenda Barrett) won't have to figure out how to stay busy now that she taped her her final General Hospital scenes. The Emmy-winning actress already a new gig lined up: she's going to be a mom again.
"im pregnant btw :)," Marcil posted on Twitter during a discussion with fans about her new line of baby-related products called GaGoo.
Marcil is already mom to nine-year-old Kassius, her son with actor Brian Austin Green. This will be the first child for Marcil's husband, CSI: New York actor Carmine Giovinazzo. The pair was married last year.
Marcil reprised the role of Brenda Barrett in August 2010, a role she originated in September 1992. The actress wrapped up her one-year contract with the ABC soap earlier this month, taping her final scenes on June 9.
