GH on the hunt for actor to play a British con man

General Hospital is reportedly on the lookout for a British actor to play a shady new character.

Calling all handsome Brits: General Hospital is searching for an actor from the UK to play a new recurring role.

The ABC soap has put out a casting call for a Caucasian male aged 63 to 68 years old to play "a charming con man," Soap Opera Digest reports. The casting information says the series will consider both British actors and "actors who can do a flawless accent."

The role is scheduled to start taping in March for an on-screen debut some time in late spring or early summer.
