GH's Nathan Parsons and B&B's Lesley-Anne Down wow in Justice

General Hospital's Nathan Parsons (ex-Ethan Lovett) and The Bold and the Beautiful's Lesley-Anne Down (ex-Jackie Marone) churn out captivating performances in the new Western film Justice.

It's time to tip your hats to General Hospital alum Nathan Parsons (ex-Ethan Lovett) and The Bold and the Beautiful alum Lesley-Anne Down (ex-Jackie Marone) because the pair give some very fine performances in the new Western film Justice.

Set to hit select theaters and On Demand this Friday, September 15, the drama follows a U.S. Marshal (Parsons) seeking justice for his brother's murder, who finds himself defending a small town from a corrupt mayor and his henchmen with intents to revive the Civil War.

"It's 1870 and the Civil War has been over for three years," states an official press release about the film. "An old, abandoned mine is now being transformed into a military stronghold by a corrupt mayor (Stephen Lang, Avatar) and his band of outlaws led by the blood-thirsty thug Reb (John Lewis) hell-bent on reigniting the war. When a U.S. Marshal (Parsons) comes to town only to learn from the local teacher (Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Sporanos) that his brother, the town priest (Jackson Rathbone, Twilight), has been murdered, his search for the killer leads to an inevitable clash that becomes a life or death struggle for a much greater cause."

Parsons and Down share scenes in the film as their alter egos James McCord and Elizabeth, including a dinner table scene that also features Sigler and Robert Carradine (Django Unchained), which can be viewed below.

Says Parsons of working on the project: "Growing up in Texas, the mythos surrounding cowboys and the old west permeated my childhood, so working on Justice truly was a dream come true."

The Western film was directed by Richard Gabai and is brought to viewers by Chasing Butterflies Pictures, Splash House Pictures, and Check Entertainment Productions in partnership with Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.
