Martingale, a crime drama starring Kelly Sullivan (ex-Kate Howard, General Hospital; ex-Sage Warner, The Young and the Restless), needs your help for its summer 2020 release.

Daytime alum Kelly Sullivan (ex-Kate Howard/Connie Falconeri, General Hospital; ex-Sage Warner, The Young and the Restless) has been hard at work on a captivating thriller film called Martingale, and it might not get the release it deserves without fans' help.

Producers of Sullivan's new crime drama are currently nearing the end of post-production for the feature film, but due to its small budget, they are eliciting the help of fans and independent film enthusiasts to help finance part of its remaining budgetary needs. Judging from the sound of the film's premise -- plus the fact that it stars the immensely talented Sullivan -- it sounds like a worthy investment.

Also starring Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman actor William Shockley, Martingale follows Sullivan in the role of Andi, a crafty casino worker who is swallowed up by the seedy underworld of her small town as she searches for the man who raped and killed her teenage daughter. The film's producers are no strangers to working with soap stars, having created the Dee Wallace (ex-Patricia Spencer, GH) feature Ayla, among others.

Supporters of this final phase of Martingale are set to receive several perks, including tickets to the cast-attended movie premiere and after-party, signed Blu-rays, and even a chance to help shape the movie's final edit. Sullivan joined the soap opera world when she took on the roles of Kate Howard and Connie Falconeri on General Hospital in 2011. She played the dual part until 2013, later going on to play the role of The Young and the Restless' Sage Warner from 2014 to 2016. Since leaving daytime, Sullivan has appeared on shows like Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Five Points, and The Morning Show.
