Who does General Hospital's Drew really plan to drug?

General Hospital's Drew Cain is once again up to something sinister, and Willow Tait doesn't suspect a thing — although she should. He now has a vial of what we can assume is ketamine, but what is he going to do with it?

After learning that Portia (Brook Kerr) was the one behind his ketamine and body shot incident, Drew (Cameron Mathison) asked Brad (Parry Shen) to do one more thing for him before handing the lab tech a cool million to start a new life away from Port Charles. Brad handed Drew a small manila envelope before taking off to parts unknown.

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) felt the envelope and its contents in Drew's jacket pocket when she hugged him, so he showed her what was inside before lying. Willow examined the small glass vial with clear liquid inside, but believed Drew when he told her it was a doctor-prescribed vitamin regimen. While GH has not yet confirmed what that liquid really is, odds are that Drew is ready to drug someone himself, but who?

Will Portia and Nina get a taste of their own medicine?

Brad told Drew that all he had to do was expose Portia, and he could ruin her life, but he said he had other plans for her. Do those other plans include drugging her as she did to him, or does Drew still want to use Portia only to ensure positive press coverage?

Perhaps Drew has somehow figured out that Nina (Cynthia Watros) was Portia's accomplice, so he is ready to enact revenge on both of them. If Drew drugs Nina, he knows she could very well do something that could ruin her relationship with Willow. Then again, maybe Drew has no idea Nina was involved, but wants to set her up as the fall guy, which would also create a wedge between Nina and Willow.

Maybe Drew is going to use the drug against Willow in the worst way. He has already made sure that she signed paperwork giving him custody of her kids in case anything should happen to her, making some fans suspect he plans to do something horrible to Willow.
