Hold onto your hats because the drama for General Hospital's Maxie [Kirsten Storms] and Spinelli [Bradford Anderson] is about to reach new heights.
According to Soap Opera Digest, Emily Wilson will be reprising the role of Spinelli's other love, Ellie Trout, beginning this week.
"Ellie has such a special place in my heart and I was so happy that they asked me to come back," the actress enthuses. "I've kept in touch with Bradford and Kirsten and Teresa [Castillo, Sabrina] and Marc [Anthony Samuel, Felix], but everyone there feels like family to me at this point. It was such a great feeling to walk back into the building."
Wilson originated the character of Ellie in September of 2012 and was on recurring status through December of 2013. She made brief return appearances in May of last year, when Carly (Laura Wright) and Franco (Roger Howarth) went to Oregon in search of technical assistance from Spinelli.
