14. Music shifts mentality

Music is a great therapeutic activity. Many researches have highlighted the various benefits of listening to music, which include reduction in stress levels, a happier mood, and more. It can be used as a psychological tactic when one doesn’t want to talk to someone. Some individuals can also listen to music that they want to hear when they are in a certain mindset, which actually shifts their state of mind.
