The fashion company Kith has once again collaborated with the automobile giant BMW to present their third Kith x BMW collection, which combines the former's contemporary design concept with the latter's long motorsport heritage. Two remarkable vehicles at the heart of this collaborative effort are the famous 1981 BMW M1 E26 and the cutting-edge 2025 BMW XM Kith Concept.
Both models include the rare Techno Violet colorway, with the XM sporting a Frozen Techno Violet finish, a first for BMW and a nod to Kith's influences. The vehicles will be unveiled during Art Basel Miami on December 6, 2024, in addition to a newly created apparel, accessories, and lifestyle line based on the partnership.
Kith X BMW 2024 partnership offers a wide range of apparel and accessories
The upcoming Kith X BMW 2024 event intends to celebrate heritage and innovative design. It includes Kith's limited-production 2025 BMW XM. With only 47 units available—a homage to the years since the M1's release—this vehicle will have special Kith markings and an innovative hybrid powertrain with a striking 748 horsepower.
The automobile will be available in two color variations: Frozen Techno Violet and Frozen Black. Pre-orders begin on December 6, 2024, at a price of $199,000.
The clothing selection merges Kith's signature designs and bespoke fabrics with modern renditions of BMW's timeless iconography. Notable items are the Souvenir Moto Jacket, Kieran Coaches Jacket, Timo Windbreaker, and SS Moto Jersey. Premium jackets are offered in Italian leather, double-faced wool, and rich suede.
The collection includes co-branded sweaters, crewnecks, hoodies, rugbys, trousers, and other vintage t-shirts. A diverse array of accessories influenced by the BMW ethos are additionally offered.
The headwear collection includes both signature and collaboration designs. Signature beanies and caps have revised shared branding Kith X BMW M1 and Roundel emblems. Fitted 59FIFTY caps, produced in collaboration with New Era, finalize the collection.
Automobile-related accessories encompass leather driving gloves, key rings, license plates, microfiber towels, and floor mats. This accessories line features suede Kith X BMW duffle bags and a camera bag.
The accessories are enhanced by an array of lifestyle and home goods, comprising suede card holders, catchall trays, carpets, tapestries, pillows, mugs, umbrellas, snowboards, and additional items.
The package includes a custom Kith X BMW M1 replica in the Techno Violet colorway, accompanied by a “Just Us” license plate and tailored packaging.
