Unforgettable moments at Stagecoach Day 1

Stagecoach Day 1 was on April 25, 2025, on a Friday. Some of the artists performing on Day 1 include Brothers Osborne, Dylan Scott, Alana Springsteen, John Morgan, and more. Here’s a glimpse at some of the most standout highlights from Day 1 of Stagecoach 2025.

Lana Del Rey

One of the notable moments of Stagecoach Day 1 goes to the queen of nostalgic Americana, Lana Del Rey. During her debut Stagecoach performance, she sang one of her new songs, 57.7. However, that was not the best part. What shocked and surprised the audience was the lyrics to her bridge. Here are the lyrics:

"I kissed Morgan Wallen. I guess kissing me kind of went to his head. If you want my secret to success, I suggest don’t go ATV’ing with him when you’re out West!"

Whether this is true or not, Lana has not confirmed it, and fans are still speculating. However, before singing the bridge, Lana did say:

"This is the last time I’m ever going to say this line."

Nikki Lane

Lana Del Rey was not the only one to debut a new song. Nikki Lane performed her latest track Wreck It All with American singer, Drake Milligan, who completed his set a while back. Even though the performance was not pitch perfect, the audience loved the two on stage. Before Miligan left the stage, he declared:

"I heart Nikki Lane."

Zach Bryan

This is not Zach Bryan's first time on the Stagecoach stage, but he did return for his 2025 performance wearing the same shirt he wore the last time in 2024. As the headliner of Day 1, his set was a total of 30 songs, including titles such as Whiskey Fever, Overtime, Open the Gate, Something in the Orange, and a solo version of Hey Driver.

He also expressed his appreciation for other artists. The singer mentioned Lana Del Rey by saying:

"Never in my life did I think I would be onstage around the same time as Lana Del Rey. She’s the best."

Carly Pearce

Carly Pearce, one of the trailblazers for women in the country music scene, also had a smashing set. She has a long career in the industry, spanning about eight years. Pearce's said a few appreciative words about Carter Faith:

"One of the best female singers I’ve heard since I moved to Nashville 20 years ago... you will remember this name,” the singer added.

Together, the two artists sang Never Wanted to Be That Girl, which is one of Pearce's most loved songs.

Tucker Wetmore

Tucker Wetmore may be fairly new to the music scene but that does not mean he lacks any star power. During his 35-minute set, he performed one of his biggest hits Wine to Whiskey, and played a piano version of Great Balls of Fire. He also covered Gavin DeGraw's I Don't Wanna Be. The audience was hyped up and singing along to his song Wind Up Missin' You, before closing his set with Brunettes.

Stagecoach 2025 got off to an amazing start. With surprise lyrics from Lana Del Rey and Tucker Wetmore’s rising star moment, Day 1 set the bar high for the artists in the following days.
