Payton Talbott has consistently maintained that he is not in a relationship with Frank Ocean, whom he has referred to as just a friend. Pictures of the UFC star, shirtless, and the Grammy-award-winning artist are making the rounds on the internet.
Rumors began circulating about the duo after they posted each other on their socials, and Talbott posted a short video on YouTube using Ocean’s song Diary, according to New York Times.
Talbott described his friendship with Ocean as “kind of strange” and “unexpected” in an interview with Low Kick MMA:
"We hung out a couple times and just had a lot of appreciation for each other in our respective careers. It was kind of strange and unexpected at first, but after meeting him, he’s just a normal person, very special and gifted, but just a person. He’s not a fight fan. The universe just connects people.”
The UFC star sternly replied to questions about his dating life and s*xuality in an August 24, 2025, interview with The New York Times:
"Who I’m trying to have s*x with is none of your business, unless I’m trying to have s*x with you.”
