Following her huge engagement announcement with Travis Kelce, rumours of a music collaboration between Taylor Swift and Travis Scott are circulating on social media, particularly on X (formerly Twitter).
A viral post from the X account, @travis_conno, claims that the duo is planning a collaborative album titled Moonlight. This has led to speculation among the users about whether it is true. However, the post is a hoax.
The account explains in its bio that it is “Not Affiliated with Travis Scott,” which indicates it’s a fan page or a promotional page rather than an official source. Additionally, the post does not provide any links or credits to justify the announcement.
Scott has previously expressed his willingness to collaborate with Swift, but the duo has not announced any projects together on their official accounts, according to reports.
Here is what we know about it.
Travis Scott hints at collaborating with Taylor Swift
Travis Scott may not have released a project with the country artist Taylor Swift, but he did express his desire to collaborate with her in his interviews.
According to a Billboard report dated February 2025, the rapper told the outlet:
“This might be crazy, but I would love to get Taylor Swift or Sabrina Carpenter on a hook. I have some ill ideas.”
His comment generated a buzz online with fans speculating on a possible collab between Taylor Swift and Travis Scott. However, they have yet to announce a project together.
Billboard also added that Scott competed with Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet on the Billboard 200 list for the top spot when his Days Before Rodeo 10th-anniversary project was released in 2024.

Taylor Swift is currently immersed in promotions for her upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl, slated for release in October 2025. At the same time, she continues to make headlines following her recent engagement to NFL star Travis Kelce.
Travis Scott was recently seen headlining the Leeds Festival on August 22, 2025. He delivered a high-energy set but ended his performance 30 minutes early. A report in NME stated that Scott played a 24-song set at the event before abruptly ending his performance. The event marked his first appearance at Reading & Leeds since 2018.
Some of his fans were left disappointed with his actions. A fan told the Yorkshire Evening Post:
“I think it’s a bit shocking that he’s just ended it like that. I thought he was going out for an outfit change or something. I thought the show was good otherside but it was just a shame he ended so suddenly.”
Two days later, on August 24, he closed out the Reading Festival with a dynamic performance while performing songs like CHAMPAIN & VACAY from his Jackboys 2 project, as he transitioned into his recent single, Dumbo.
Scott is actively promoting the release of his Cactus Jack compilation album, Jackboys 2, which dropped in July 2025.
