Ariana Grande has teased 2026 tour plans. The singer recently took to Instagram to post a statement in July that states that she is making plans for a small tour in 2026, stating:

"very silly of you all to assume that just because i have my hands full with many things that i plan to abandon singing & music … !!!it is and has always been my lifeline. there will need to be room made for all of it. it may not look exactly like it did before but i much prefer how it looks in my head."

The singer continued:

"i am having fun. i feel grateful and excited and inspired. :) finding a balance, between many projects and endeavors i love, and doing it my own way… so i’m working on a plan to sing for you all next year. even if it’s just for a little. i love you."

Further details regarding the tour plans have not been released as of the writing of this article. The singer posted the statement with a video of her performance at the 2024 Met Gala. The tour, if it takes place, will be the singer's first new tour since 2019.

Ariana Grande released her last album in 2024

Ariana Grande released her last studio album, Eternal Sunshine, back in 2024. The singer released a deluxe edition of the album, titled Brighter Days Ahead, in 2025.

The singer talked about the album in an exclusive interview with Zach Sang show in February 2024, talking about the feelings:

"The loss and grief that you hear some of the album, some of the heartbreak stuff, there was so much love and transparency. That was something I really wanted to make sure was captured, wasn’t like a ‘fuck you’ at all and ever. Even track number 2 [“bye”], I tried to make sure it was kind and giving credit for trying and for the goodness that there was."

The singer continued:

"So, that was a tricky balance for me because I definitely had some sessions where I was writing more emotionally and reactively but that’s also very human so I didn’t want to erase all of it."

Ariana Grande released a short film for Brighter Days Ahead

As part of the deluxe album, Ariana Grande also released a short film titled Brighter Days Ahead. The short film encapsulates the journey of a character called Peaches, after she erased the memory of her ex-boyfriend.

The short film marks her latest foray into filmography. The singer and actor first started working as a child actor on the sets of the Nickelodeon show Victorious, then for Sam & Cat. She has also acted for Swindle, Underdogs, Hairspray Live! and more recently in 2021 for the films Don't Look Up and Wicked in 2024.

Wicked is her latest film and she was nominated for the Best Supporting Actress – Motion Picture in Golden Globes award as well as the Best Actress in a Supporting Role in BAFTA awards and the Best Supporting Actress at the Academy Awards (Oscars).

Grande is set to star in the sequel for Wicked, Wicked: For Good, which will be released on November 21, 2025. Alongside these, the singer also released a concert film, Ariana Grande: Excuse Me, I Love You, in 2020.
