“CAN'T WAIT ANYMORE”: Netizens excited as BIGHIT drops official notification ahead of BTS’ Taehyung, RM, Jungkook, and Jimin’s military discharge

The discharge dates of five BTS members are fast approaching and their agency BIT HIT MUSIC has sent out a message to fans to keep everyone happy and safe on that day. RM and V began their mandatory military service on December 11, 2023. RM, leader of the ultra famous septet joined the 15th Infantry Division of the ROK Army.

V, the Friends crooner, joined the Special Duty Team of the ROK Military Police. RM and V are scheduled to be discharged from service and reunited with their bandmates J-hope and Jin on June 10, 2025.

Jimin and Jungkook, who began military service a day after RM and V, will be discharged from the 5th Infantry division of the ROK Army on June 11, 2025. Suga, who enlisted on September 22, 2023, will be discharged on June 21, 2025.

BIGHIT Music shared the news of the impending return of the K-Pop stars whilst imploring fans not to visit:

"Hello.

This is Big Hit Music.

We are excited to bring you the news of RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook's upcoming military discharge.

RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are close to completing their active service in the army and will soon be discharged,"

The music agency continued:

"Please note that the discharge day is reserved for military personnel only. No special events are planned on the day of RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook's discharge. Each location has very limited space, and overcrowding can pose safety risks. We place the safety of our artists and fans as our top priority and sincerely request our fans not to visit the sites in person. Please convey your warm regards and encouragement in your hearts."
