D4vd has been dropped from the Spilt Milk festival lineup. The singer's name and image were removed from the festival website's main page and the lineup. The festival has not addressed the removal of the singer from the lineup as of the writing of this article.
However, his removal comes at a time when D4vd is involved in an investigation for a teenager's death, whose decomposing body was found in a Tesla that is registered to the singer. The teen was identified as 15-year-old Celeste Rivas. She was wearing black leggings, a tube top, a yellow metal chain bracelet, and stud earrings. She had wavy black hair and weighed approximately 71 pounds, as per NBC News.
The body was found on September 8, 2025. The singer has also been linked to a house that was searched by the police in relation to the Rivas' body. Apparently, the singer was staying at the place, a four-bedroom house in Doheny Place in the Hollywood Hills.
The house is owned by Mladen Trifunovic, who stated to the press that he was unaware that the singer was living at the place until after he was notified by his real estate manager on September 18, 2025. The house has been reported to be located merely 500 feet from the spot where the Tesla was found.
Celeste Rivas had a tattoo on her index finger with the word "shh...," which is similar to the tattoo that D4vd has been spotted sporting, as per the Los Angeles Times.
Alongside his removal from the tour, the singer's deluxe album, Withered, has not been released as planned, with Interscope Records, the singer's label, having suspended all promotional activities as of the writing of this article, as per NME.
D4vd's remaining US and Europe tour dates have also been canceled, with Ticketmaster clearly marking all dates as canceled on their D4vd tickets.
D4vd released his debut album, Withered, in April 2025
D4vd released his debut album, Withered, on April 25, 2025. The album has so far peaked at the 13th spot on the Billboard 200 album chart. The singer talked about his album in an exclusive interview with NME on April 25, 2025. Talking about the process behind the album, he said:
“It was a very introspective process. I had went to London and I was like, ‘I’m gonna spend two weeks here in this sad, gloomy place’ – the vibes were just perfect for what I wanted to do and the mindset I wanted to be in. The title of my album, ‘Withered’, is like when a rose grows and then it decays and dies, returning back to the dirt.”
The singer continued:
“So I wanted to use this process to grow and also to take myself back to the soil where I started. I was just thinking about my own music and all the accomplishments I had amassed, and how my creative process changed throughout the past two years, and how I could go back to that mindset and the things that made my music special and unique.”
D4vd's Withered album features a total of 15 tracks. The album features an appearance with Kali Uchis. The album, alongside doing well on the Billboard 200 album chart, also did well on the Kiwi, Norwegian, and Australian album charts.
