Dave Blunts' health updates raise fans' concerns
Dave Blunts shared an update from his hospitalisation that he was unable to see his fans in Boston. It is unclear if he will be able to reach his next destination, scheduled for May 12 in Ohio. This is not the first time the 23-year-old had shared an emergency health update with his fans.
Blunts has previously shared his hospital experiences with his followers. He revealed he was hospitalised for the "1000th" time on February 13, 2025. Due to his sudden hospitalisation, the singer had to push his new album release to a later date. He released his second studio album, You Can't Say That, on April 17, 2025.
In another Instagram post, Blunts revealed he "hates hospitals" but is trying to work on his health. During an interview with VLAD TV on March 25, 2025, Blunts revealed he experienced a "heart failure" in 2023. He recalled that the experience was "traumatic."
When asked if he would change his "lifestyle" after the incident, he didn't give a clear answer and nodded when he was given suggestions about his weight. While it is unclear, the singer reportedly weighs approximately 600 lbs, and fans have raised concerns repeatedly following his hospitalisations.
Dave Blunts posted an Instagram video from the hospital, stating that he could not perform in Boston. It is unclear if the other shows will be postponed or Blunts will have to cancel his tour. He emphasized that he is determined not to, but his time in the hospital is uncertain.
While he has previously revealed to his fans that he is working on his health, many continue to emphasise that he would benefit by taking a break and working on his health.
