Demi Lovato has shared another teaser of her upcoming pop music album, which has sent fans into a frenzy. The singer posted a video from the studio album, where she gave a powerful declaration of her artistic renewal. She posted a story on Instagram in which she compared her departure and subsequent return to pop music with a funeral.

She also shared a series of stories on her Instagram profile where a bunch of excited fans were impatiently waiting to know the date of release of her next album.

Lovato has been teasing fans about her upcoming album since cryptic messages began to appear on Lovato's social accounts in the first half of this month. By framing her return to pop music as a revival after a funeral, Demi Lovato has turned the anticipation of the album up a notch.

While some fans went gaga over the new update, others took the teaser as an opportunity to fan the flames of rivalry with other artists.

Demi Lovato's upcoming album

The new album by Demi Lovato is greatly anticipated by the fans, especially since it will reintroduce the artist to the pop music genre after a short break. Although her career started as pop-rock with album releases such as Don't Forget (2008) and Here We Go Again (2009), the last few albums she released have seen her experiment with rock music.

The currently untitled album is a major step back to the pop origins for Lovato and will be out sometime later this year. The next album by Demi Lovato is being developed under the guidance of the producer Zhone and reportedly focuses on upbeat dance tracks that reflect her current life phase.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Zhone divulged a bit about how the album was coming up as he was quoted as saying:

Demi Lovato has been giving her fans plenty to talk about as well and has also shared posters of the album's title track, "Fast." As per the reports, the production for the upcoming album is almost nearing completion, and further updates about the project are expected soon as well.
