Paul Mescal and Gracie Abrams shared adorable videos from their date at the Glastonbury Festival 2025 on Instagram. The Gladiator actor and the 25-year-old singer were first linked together in 2024 and have kept a low profile since then.
Olivia Rodrigo, who performed at the Glastonbury Festival on June 29, helped the celebrity couple launch their romance on Instagram. Gracie Abrams shared adorable videos of herself on Mescal’s shoulders as they sang along to Rodrigo’s setlist.
During Abrams’ inaugural performance at the Glastonbury festival in England, Paul Mescal, his sister Nell Mescal, and Normal People co-star Daisy-Edgar Jones and her boyfriend Ben Seed showed support for her in the crowd.
Mescal was spotted at Glastonbury’s VIP area with his arm draped around Abrams. The Oscar nominee looked casual and relaxed in a dark navy blue t-shirt with red printing on the front, which he paired with a black baseball cap and Adidas shorts.
He rounded up the look with dark sunglasses. Abrams also dressed down in Adidas track pants, a white top, and a red and white polka-dotted bandana on her head. The That's So True hitmaker also kept a low profile in a pair of sunglasses.

The duo sparked relationship rumours after they were photographed walking hand-in-hand in London in August 2024. The Aftersun actor was also spotted supporting Abrams during her performance at the Eras Tour two months later. The couple also went out for a quiet dinner date weeks after. Mescal, who dated Phoebe Bridgers for two years before their breakup in 2020, was spotted cosying up to Abrams at the afterparty of the premiere of Gladiator II movie premiere in November.
In a Nylon interview published on December 17, 2024, Gracie Abrams addressed the online chatter about her relationship with the Oscar-nominated actor, saying it didn't concern or affect her.
Mescal also spoke about the speculation about his relationship with Abrams in a GQ interview months earlier:
"I mean, the speculation has been kind of mad for the last x amount of time. I'm not comfortable inviting any access into that part of my life. How I am in my private life is so precious to me because I get very little of it, and it might be public interest, but it's not public-obligated information."
Gracie Abrams recently attended Mescal’s The History of Sound film premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2025. They appeared together but posed separately on the red carpet.
