The new documentary film Stans looks at Eminem through the eyes of his super fans. It first premiered in theatres in early August 2025 and then began streaming on Paramount+ on August 26, 2025. The film includes many of his songs, both old favourites and some that have never been heard before. The soundtrack includes 12 tracks.

Eminem's songs in Stans, ranked from best to worst

1. Stan (feat. Dido)

This is the song that gave the film its name. It talks about a fan who goes too far. The voice of Dido adds soft pain, which feels real and deep. This song is the heart of the film and shows the multitude of effects that fame can have on people.

2. Bad Guy

This song picks up the story after Stan. It is dark and heavy as Eminem plays the part of the person pushed too far. The beat is slow and deep, and one can feel a tense mix of anger and sadness. This song adds weight to this story of obsession.

3. Arose

Another deeply sad song with an ironically soft and calm vibe. It is about the loss and regrets in life. The lyrics convey feelings of forgiveness.

4. Beautiful

This one is calm and kind. The beat is soft, but the words lift you as Eminem talks about being hurt and healing. It comes just after the more painful parts, so the song feels like a ray of hope.

5. Not Afraid

This one is bold and brave, as in this song, Eminem says he will stand tall again. The words are clear and strong, and the sound makes you want to stand with him.

6. Rap God

This track is fast and clever, and Eminem shows off words and rhythm. It is all about skill and speed, and it is not soft, but it shows why fans love his play with words.

7. Stan (Live at Wembley 2014)

This live version brings a new feeling. You hear the crowd and the echo of the stage. The song feels raw and real as it shows how much the song connects with fans.

8. Just Don’t Give a F**k

This song is angry and clear. It is about not caring what people think, and it feels fierce as Young Eminem finds his voice. It shows his start, his fight, his grit, which can seem rough, but it is honest.

9. Say Goodbye, Hollywood

Here, he turns fame on its head. Eminem says he misses when he was unknown and talks about the cost of being big. The lines, "I found myself layin' on my knees in cuffs which should've been a reason enough for me to get my stuff," feel heavy and real.

10. Everybody’s Looking at Me

This is the only song in the film that never came out before. It feels new as he sings about eyes on him, describing the feeling of being watched.

11. Still Don’t Give a F#*@

This brings back a tough edge. He says he still does not care, and it mirrors the earlier angry track. But now it’s darker, calmer, and it shows a harder side, older grit.

12. Stan (Live at 43rd Grammy Awards)

This is a big moment where he performed live, in bright lights. It is different from the studio version as it shows how a song can feel new in a live setting. It echoes the power in a new way.

The Stans soundtrack starts with deep feelings and a story, and moves toward live versions, past hits, and a new song. The soundtrack came out August 26, 2025, the same day as the film hit Paramount+.

Some songs carry the central theme, while others highlight live performances or earlier stages of his career. Together, they give the audience a full list of what was featured in the film. The soundtrack remains an important part of Stans, not only because of the music but also because it helps map the documentary’s structure from start to finish.
