The nominees list for the 2025 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards is making the rounds, and K-Pop idols are amongst the strong contenders for Favorite Music Group, Favorite Global Music Star, Favorite Music Collaboration and Favorite Female Breakout Artist, amongst others.
BLACKPINK members Jennie, Lisa and Rosé each secured nominations in the Favorite Female Breakout Artist category against singers Chappell Roan, Addison Rae, GloRilla, Doechii and Sabrina Carpenter.
In the Favorite Music Group category, Stray Kids and TWICE compete against blink-182, Jonas Brothers, Coldplay, Imagine Dragons and Linkin Park. Rosé’s smash hit APT with Bruno Mars earned her a nomination for Favorite Music Collab.

Nickelodeon announced the nominees for the 2025 edition of the kid-centered award show on May 15, 2025. The artists with the most nominations include Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, Lady Gaga and Kendrick Lamar.
Following closely in the list include Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black and Jelly Roll. These artists boast three nominations each. South African singer Tyla has been announced as the host of this year’s Award ceremony.
The show will feature dance performances, skateboarding stunts, and musical performances from stars that have yet to be announced. First-time nominees for the award include Shaboozey, Doechii, Keith Lee, Gracie Abrams, Jordan Chiles, Chappell Roan, Florence Pugh, Cynthia Erivo and Zach Bryan.
This year’s event will be broadcast live at 8 pm from the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica on Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, TeenNick, NickToons, CMT and MTV2. The 38-year-old awards ceremony celebrates talent from different walks of life.
The voting lines were opened on May 15, 2025, to enable fans to vote for their preferred candidate from the 35 categories. The Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2025 will be held on June 21. Stay tuned for more details.
