Capital’s Summertime Ball confirmed their partial lineup on April 28, with Mariah Carey headlining the event. The annual festival in association with Barclaycard is scheduled to take place at London's Wembley Stadium on June 15. Other artists confirmed in the lineup include Benson Boone, Lola Young, KSI, Jessie J, Renee Rapp, Zara Larsson, Busted vs. McFly, and Dasha. Other artists will be revealed on Capital Breakfast on April 29, 2025, as confirmed by Capital FM.

Mariah Carey confirmed her appearance at the ball and shared the news on her X account. She (@mariahcarey) wrote,

"Hey UK! I’ll be performing at Capital’s Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 15th June 2025! Can’t wait to see you all there."

Mariah Carey is set to perform at Capital’s Summertime Ball on June 15

Mariah Carey will be headlining the 16th edition of Capital’s Summertime Ball in London. In a press release by Capital, organizers described Mariah as "one of the greatest-selling artists of all time." They prepared her fans for an "unforgettable performance" on June 15.

The singer's performance will come amid the Asian leg of her Celebration of Mimi tour. She is scheduled to kick off her performances on May 16 in Shanghai and will wrap up her performances in Yokohama, Japan, in November 2025. More dates of the tour will be announced at a later point. The singer recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of her album, Emancipation of Mimi, on April 12, 2025.

Mariah Carey will be releasing a special 20th anniversary edition on May 30, 2025. The singer announced her excitement on Instagram and noted,

"While working on #Mimi20, I got to relive all the memories from this pivotal moment in my personal and professional life. This album has some of my biggest hits to date, as well as some personal favorites that are very special to me. Let me know what your favorite Mimi lyric is and stay tuned for more surprises yet to come!"
