Fat Joe has been involved in a lawsuit featuring allegations of se**al acts with minors, made by Terrence Dixon, who is represented by attorney Tyrone Blackburn. The lawsuit was filed after Joe filed a lawsuit against Terrence A. Dixon in April 2025.

Now, according to podcaster Laura Conlin, Tyrone Blackburn has introduced new allegations from two women, who claim Fat Joe was involved with them when they were minors. The podcaster writes:

"Tyrone Blackburn has introduced new bombshell allegations, claiming two women have come forward stating they were involved with Fat Joe when they were 14 and 16 years old, and their names have been provided to law enforcement."

The podcaster continued:

"Fat Joe’s legal team is urgently requesting discovery to demonstrate that their client, Joseph Cartagena, is the victim in this case. I have reached out to Joe Tacopina, Fat Joe’s attorney, for comment regarding the allegations involving minors."

It is to be noted that at this point, no direct statements regarding this new claim have been provided. Neither are any details available regarding the two women mentioned by Tyrone Blackburn in court. No other reporting has noted this development as of the writing of this article.

More on Fat Joe and Terrence Dixon's legal tussle

The legal tussle between Fat Joe and Terrence Dixon started in April 2025, after Terrence Dixon alleged in social media posts that Joe was a pedophile. This led to Joe filing a lawsuit against Dixon, accusing him of defamation.

Subsequently, the lawsuit led to Dixon filing a civil RICO suit in June 2025, in which he accused Joe of running Cartagena Enterprise, a criminal enterprise behind a series of crimes, including s*x trafficking, coercive labor exploitation, violent intimidation, and psychological coercion.

The lawsuit filed by Dixon also accuses the associates of being involved in covering up Joe's crimes. Dixon is seeking $20 million in charges. The lawsuit filed by Dixon involves a 157-page document filled with detailed incident statements and allegations.

Tacopina, one of Fat Joe's attorneys, responded to the lawsuit filed by Dixon and his attorney, Tyrone Blackburn (who was also involved in one of the Diddy cases as attorney for a complaint filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones), stating to Variety:

"The lawsuit filed by Tyrone Blackburn and Terrance Dixon is a blatant act of retaliation — a desperate attempt to deflect attention from the civil suit we filed first, which exposed their coordinated scheme to extort Mr. Cartagena through lies, threats, and manufactured allegations.Law enforcement is aware of -

The statement continues:

"-the extortionate demand at the heart of this scheme. The allegations against Mr. Cartagena are complete fabrications — lies intended to damage his reputation and force a settlement through public pressure. Mr. Cartagena will not be intimidated. We have taken legal action to expose this fraudulent campaign and hold everyone involved accountable."

Dixon also talked to Variety regarding the lawsuit, stating to the publication:

"This is the right way to fight Joe — through the system. You can’t fight him no other way. Joe think he’s a god. Joe thinks he’s untouchable."

The case has been ongoing ever since, with an attempt to combine the two lawsuits filed by the two parties against each other into a single case having so far been denied during the court procedures.

This is not the first time Fat Joe has been dealing with legal issues. He has previously been in cases of royalty disputes, and back in 1998, in an assault charge.
