Pop girl group BINI is reportedly set to make history by becoming the first Filipino act to perform at Coachella 2026. Billboard reported that the news comes shortly after the release of their new single, Shagidi, and the launch of their cosmetic line. The group, consisting of Colet, Maloi, Aiah, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena, spoke to the news outlet about their Coachella performance and how they manifested it. They noted,
“When we were on the Zach Sang Show earlier this year, we said out loud that we dreamed of performing at Coachella and now it’s really happening."
They added,
“To see that manifestation come true is beyond surreal. Being part of the 2026 lineup isn’t just a milestone for BINI, it’s a moment for Filipino music and for everyone who has believed in us since the beginning. We can’t wait to bring our music and our culture to the desert stage.”

Filipino girl group BINI spoke about living their manifestation of performing at Coachella. The group previously appeared on the Zach Sang Show in August to reveal that their next goal is to perform at Coachella following their performance at the Philippine Arena. The girls also knocked on "wood," with the host hoping that it would "happen." The group is scheduled to perform their set on April 10 and April 17.
The Filipino artists spoke to Billboard about all things music and their cosmetic line. They also elaborated on the group's overall message and noted that they want fans (popularly known as BLOOMs) to recognize their "uniqueness" and embrace their "authentic" selves. Gwen added,
"We strongly believe that everybody is capable of inspiring, so we say let’s be a reason for someone’s confidence."
BINI is ready to take on the Coachella music festival and revealed their plans for global expansion. They explained that they are "testing the waters" and hope to have a worldwide presence. Stacey explained that as part of this effort, they have collaborated with artists, including "Belinda and Agnez Mo." Maloi expressed gratitude and added,
"We always try to make music that can capture through generations, from young to old, we’re just so happy that people resonate with our music because we really just want to share our experiences in life, be relatable and someone that you can be with or feel with."
Additionally, the group revealed that they were fully involved in curating their cosmetics line and had a "team" to support them through the process. The girls emphasised that their brand carries similar values to those they espouse in general, and as Mikha noted,
"It’s about owning your mood and telling your story."
BINI manifested their moment of performing at Coachella and are ready to set the stage for Filipino music. The tickets for the music festival went live on September 19, and fans can learn more about the performances on the official website.
