Gov't Mule 2025 'Back in the Saddle' tour: Presale code, dates, venues, and more explored

Gov't Mule is officially gearing up for a return to the road with the 2025 Back in the Saddle tour. This newly announced trek has been designed to celebrate 30 years since the release of their debut album.

This is going to be their most extensive headlining run since early 2024. The tour will kick off in late August 2025. It will span over two months with stops in 18 cities across the East Coast and Midwest. The trek is scheduled with a mix of solo headlining performances, festival appearances, and co-bills with Tedeschi Trucks Band (TTB).

Gov't Mule took to their official Instagram handle to announce the 2025 run, captioning:

"JUST ANNOUNCED: The Back In The Saddle Tour. Gov't Mule is back on the road this fall as part of the ongoing 30th anniversary celebration of their first release. It's their first major run since Feb 2024 with dates across the East Coast and Midwest."

The post continued to add details about the Back In The Saddle Tour:

"The tour kicks off August 27 and runs through October 28, hitting 18 cities including Milwaukee, Columbus, Buffalo (with moe.), and others. These new headlining dates follow the previously announced show in Louisville on July 25. 🎟️ Mule.net Fan Club Presale: June 18 at 10am local time through June 19 at midnight. Password: SADDLE🎟️ General on sale: June 20 at 10 am local time💥 VIP Packages: A limited number of VIP packages will be available, including pre-show soundcheck access."

In a statement, Gov't Mule frontman Warren Haynes shared his excitement:

"How has it been 30 years since Gov't Mule's first album came out? It's kinda crazy to believe – time really does fly when you are doing what you love! It's also hard to believe that it has been over a year since the last Mule tour. Matt, Danny, Kevin and I are chomping at the bit to be back out there celebrating this monumental anniversary with our amazing fans."

Presales for Gov't Mule's Back in the Saddle tour will begin on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time via the band's official fan club. The code is 'SADDLE.'

Additional presales are set to follow on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. On the other hand, general ticket sales will open to the public on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
