BLACKPINK has officially returned to the global stage. On July 5, 2025, the K-pop girl group launched their DEADLINE World Tour with a sold-out performance at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium in Gyeonggi, South Korea.
With this tour, the group made a comeback after a lengthy hiatus. They also debuted brand-new music. The opening night featured the premiere of their unreleased track, "Jump," marking their first new release in over two years. With this, BLACKPINK kicked off the beginning of a 31-show trek across 16 cities worldwide.
Notably, reports suggest that multiple attendees expressed disappointment over obstructed views and called for accountability from organizers. On the other hand, online reactions to "Jump" have been relatively mixed. Regardless, BLACKPINK's return to the live stage has gained global attention.
