Lady Gaga has been very vocal about how much her fiancé, Michael Polansky, influenced her recent album, Mayhem. In her latest Instagram post, the “Abracadabra” hitmaker pens a heartwarming and loving message to her significant other.
Lady Gaga shared two photos of herself with Michael and expressed her love for him in the caption.
“Dreaming up this album, making the plan, building every vision with you--talking endlessly about what we would create and do for monsters has been an experience I could not have ever imagined. I love how much you love my fans and want them to be happy. It fills my heart with happiness how much you love them because we get to love them every day together--you care as much as I do about people feeling seen in the world.”
The “Die With a Smile” crooner expressed how grateful she was to have Polasnki in her corner. She appreciated his hard work and full-time support.
“I'm forever grateful for how much you love and fight for me. You work so so hard with me from dawn till dusk every day living the music, performances, and plans with your blood, sweat and tears-- to see it through every step of the way this year I am the luckiest girl alive.”
Lady Gaga praised his creativity and described him as a man of many talents.
“I love you endlessly. Having your creative partnership in our art, business and in love--is a love l've never known. I know you to be a man of many talents, a true renaissance man; your mind and kind heart are what make you shine. I have seen there's nothing you can't do. You are my artist of the year. And the love of my life. Thank you for making all our MAYHEM dreams come true. I love you.”
More details on Lady Gaga’s Mayhem
Mayhem is Lady Gaga’s sixth solo studio album. It dropped on March 7, 2025, and was preceded by two singles Disease and Abracadabra. The album contains 14 tracks, including Blade of Grass, Die With a Smile, The Beast, Shadow of a Man, Don't Call Tonight, How Bad Do U Want Me, LoveDrug, Zombieboy, Killah, Vanish Into You, Perfect Celebrity, and Garden of Eden.
In March, Lady Gaga spoke to Billboard about how Mayhem came together to be the masterpiece it is today.
“There have been times in my career where I had an idea in terms of how to conceptually approach a record. But I would say that this album, from start to finish, was like pieces coming together. I did not want to turn it into anything artificial; I really wanted to allow myself to just follow the music. By doing that, it started to slowly remind me of my earlier work.”
“I am really grateful, and I am really beside myself. I never expect anything like this, because you never know, all you can do is your best. This is really a true honor and privilege,” she added.
